i need help because the only thing i have access to is a drill to drill holes into the frame for the predator 212 but i never get the engine properly installed. so i have been riding with only 2 engine bolts holding it in, can somebody help me with the right measurements for the engine bolts?
Put the clutch on, and flip it/add spacers/do whatever you need to do on the engine shaft, to have the clutch line up with the rear sprocket. 99% of the time you won’t have to shim the rear sprocket on a mini bike.
New sub I have a lot of the same stuff and I have to say I really hate 80cc 2 stroke bike kits did one for brother in law thing is junk he now working on turning it electric it been fun piecing the electric bike and learning it
You can also grind down the front oil drain plug with a grinder and it will fit perfect
So I wil not have to do any welding ?

Hey man. Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciated it.
Me and my uncle got longer engine mount bolts and spacers and it worked great.
Did u have todrill any holes?
@dominickbuffington2076 if it don't fit yeas
Whered u put the spacers
Yes, you can drill your own holes and fit it in there and have very little chain adjustment!
Nice job!
Thanks!
i have the exact same mini bike I'm building right know, my uncle had got a predetor 212 motor for the mini bike just having trouble puting it on
Nice clean swap
Thanks for the video! Have you tried to put a torque converter on this type of frame and engine setup?

Mark them with the engine in place, remove engine and drill
How high did you raise the motor mount plate
How do you align the engine/ clutch with the rear tire sprocket? I’m new to these swaps and was wondering how it’s done thanks
U should just have to try different spacers on the wheel until it lines up

I bought the same ratchet came with the small ratchet also $139 only one battery though
I think mine was $89. The battery lasts a little while for me so 1 battery isn’t an issue
How tall are you because I’m 6 foot an idk if I’ll fit
What gearing are you running? I’m doing a swap right now
Wondering the same thing
@@Tbone10349 me too
How fast is it
I have the same bike and im getting the same engine too
How do you adjust the chain slack if you can’t slide the engine back or forward
There’s an adjustment pulley
i noticed u flipped the clutch around
If you want the engine centered and not cocked off to the right than you have to flip the clutch. 3/4 drive clutches are multi directional
