Jade is exactly what the show needs! To come out of that much debt making only 30K is AMAZING! The fact that people question Dave about hiring her is funny to me.
She and her husband started with only 30k as salary but they had a loooot of side jobs

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing with $150k and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and get more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
Hi. I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second child. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks

I love the energy she brings to the show and I have NEVER questioned if she’s qualified or not. Dave isn’t a fool, I’m sure that he thoroughly vetted the newest person that would sit in that seat. Furthermore, this woman is clearly intelligent and knowledgeable about the subject matter. If someone is questioning her ability to do the job, their problem is within.

Great story, Jade. And I agree that your experience is THE qualification. I can parrot Dave all day long, but I didn't ever get so deep in the hole to qualify to sit in your chair (thank God!) I'd rather be me, than have gone through what you did, but YOU are qualified. I am not. Mine is all head knowledge, not heart knowledge.

Jade is by far my favorite personality since John D. She’s so great. She’s tough when she needs to be, compassionate when it’s called for, funny, intelligent, real, and you can just feel her desire to actually help the people on the other end.

So Dave was looking for real life examples of how couples and dig themselves out of debt. It does not get anymore REAL than Jade. I love her personality, stick-to-it-ness, determination and she is just plain briliant. Jake makes us feel so welcome and confident that we can accomplish our goals. I am happy just to be on the same planet as Jade. Thanks Dave for having the insight to her such a qualified spokesperson for Ramsey Solutions.
Jade you are a rockstar and your story inspires lots of people. Dave hired you because you actually went through the process and knows the ins and outs and succeeded. Online, people will always talk and haters always gonna hate. We enjoy listening to you on the show.
A lot of it isn’t haters. A lot of it is people calling her out on legitimately incorrect information that she’s given callers. Just because someone doesn’t agree doesn’t make them haters who live in their parents basement like Dave claims.

My parents took us to watch people bowl for entertainment. They didn’t have money for a TV or a telephone, so watching other people bowl was a way to get out of the apartment for an evening without spending any money.

A lot of it is people just calling her out on objectively incorrect information given about money. From an experience perspective, yeah she has a lot of good insight. She just needs to be held accountable when she’s wrong.
This show is like a shot of encouragement ! That’s why I watch everyday. Debt free for a year and now saving to pay CASH for my home.( mortgage is NOT part of my plan)

yes, when Dave was "poor" he wasn't "POOR". His wife never worked, he had a home, Rachel talked of cleaning HER room, so they all didn't seem to have to share. He had a beater but I doubt his wife did, IDK. But Jade can talk from experience. Maybe everyone can't do what she did, she stark, no furniture etc. but she did it. Good for you Jade

Jade's advice is probably closer to Dave's advice than any other personalities on the show.
Jade is very well spoken, common sense not just talking points. She seems amazing, don't know her yet enough, but she seems genuine and truly wanting to help people, regardless of any background baggage they had or color they are. That's what we need...we don't care if you are Asian, Black, Latino, Caucasian or Eskimo, it's all about putting in the hard work and trying to figure out how to make it work. Jade has completely blown all of the other new personality hires out of the water, and I really mean that. Not that anyone has been “bad”, but she’s the first that actually has a PERSONALITY, isn’t afraid to be assertive, is relatable etc. Has that “it” factor. Doesn’t feel like I’m just listening to regurgitated, watered down Dave messaging. I truly believe many of the “hater” comments are bigoted people that can’t stand to see her shine..

Man, she completely rocks! I wish I thought more like her when I was in my late 20s/early 30s. I'd be insanely well off now that I'm 56, although even with a late start I'm now doing pretty well and plan to retire early at 60 y/o.

What an amazing story! I don't understand why people feel the need to insult her. Wow! Personally I would much rather listen to someone who started off with next to nothing and managed to pay off debt. Not to mention her tips on saving money on groceries. I would love to hear more on her meal ideas. what she said about McDonald's is so true. It's not cheap and it's not healthy.
