Carful with commercial premises rental contracts and what your responsible for re damage and upkeep. Usually the tenant is responsible for everything, like everything. If the roof leeks you pay. Pipe bursts you pay. Damage. Brahe ins. Repairs. Restoration especially when you move out must be immaculate. So check your small print but don’t do anything you can’t put back exactly as it was very cheaply. Hopefully being new there will be guarantees on the building will there? Anyway delighted for BK and pivot crew. Party on boys. Party awwwwwn 😅👍

Ok,stupid observation and its probably just me but could u try and keep the feet out of shot! This episode not so bad but still,theres a socked foot being played with wtf,the Bren one a few months ago was awful,Brens sweaty grubby foot huge in the shot and the same for all yours. Even freshys does not make feet look any better on a 50"tv. Do you get any of what I'm rambling? Just leave your riding shoes on,it looks better. Take your shoes off when u get home

No. No they do not.
The UCI don't understand MTB, never have and likely never will. Saying that, they're the governing body, it's not their job to promote the sport.
The FIA don't promote F1, WRC, WEC, etc they just make sure rules are followed. Private companies promote those sports......
