Got a database of over 600,000 in my save but no Andrew Nealon in 2025. Have just added Australia as a league so maybe he will appear once that goes live in the summer. Or maybe he's already retired after being out of work for too long
Hi Warren! I don't think I have Australia loaded as a league, I just ticked all players from all continents. Hope you find him, he's good 🙂Could be that he is in fact retired as you said, fingers crossed though!
As a beginner to FM 22, what would u do by making your club better at the staff and youth groups? The team I like is DC United and I tried to make them better on Fifa 22.
Fifa is completely different to FM though Paul 🙂Not that I'm an expert at ALL, but in Fifa I just think it's all about the players and that's it. In FM there are much more moving parts, and staff are in fact an important aspect of that game in my opinion. Get the best staff your budget can afford, I always say! 🙂

he almost always retires at the end of the first season if you didn't pick him up at a big club, and he's fussy who he'll join too
