Moving to Guam! Military PCS life. What do you mean we will miss our next plane???

- Come with us on the first part of our journey across the world! Watch as we say goodbye to STL and let the kids experience riding on an airplane for the first time! (well, for most of them anyway) There was of course an immediate delayed flight which could mess up our entire trip.....also, there's a brief appearance from everyone's favorite Ant Man. 😂 Anyway it's all fun and mostly chaos but keep an eye out for the rest of the trip to be posted soon!

It's 2023 and I am just coming across this. I see the family hasn't uploaded in a year. Hope they are ok.

It's just not that easy to travel nowadays. But it's good that everyone arrived safe...
It was definitely an adventure with the extra pandemic precautions!
Got to love backpacks mine took me out along with my wheeled bag in Hawaii but I was lost getting to baggage claim and never new it at the time till after I went the wrong way cause that is what it said to do to go to the baggage claim in Hawaii. A good thing though my mom or ride was late getting me from the airport due to traffic on the island.
Those backpacks can get heavy! I get so turned around when traveling too. I swear airports need better signage!!!

How many travel days did the military give your family?
That’s a great question! I honestly don’t remember and it gets tricky because of the time change too. 🥴 It was a little different for us too because of quarantine. Be sure to check out our travel videos too!
What size were your black and yellow totes?
They were 27 gallon totes from Costco. They worked great for the move & for storage once we got to our new house!

When you filled up your black/yellow storage boxes with all the things & stuff, are they still within the baggage limit of the airlines?
If you live in Washington you go to Korea then Hong Kong then Guam :) I have been to Guam
