You need to do an update on this because prices have reached insane levels. A minimum Sunday brunch is over $55 per adult depending on where you go (hotel brunch). On special occasions like holiday dining, hotel buffets can go for $70 to $90 per adult. Groceries for 2 weeks are now reaching $400 to $500 for a family of 4 or 5. Monthly rent for a 1 bedroom apartment is around $1,500, a 2 to 3 bedroom condo monthly rent is $2,200+. To buy a decent 4 bedroom house in a decent area is over $350,000 to $900,000 depending on size, location and how old the area you are living in is. Airfare from Guam to the states can cost you over $2,000 to $4,000 round trip and one way! For those relatives in the Philippines asking for money, sorry, kulang sa pera sa America!

Yan ang buhay natin abroad kaibigan nothing is free kahit basura may bayad. Fast foods and Gas price pareho din dito. Bahay at apartment ang mahal dito. Ang 2BR apartment ay $3k. 3BR,2bath house costs $1M up. Thank you for sharing your beautiful story. Big thumbs up.
