Love your classes. My husband and I do them most days. I have a request. Could you number the classes in reverse order with your most recent as the highest number (still shown at the top)? We have favorite ones and they are hard to find since the numbers change almost daily. Another request would be to search by categories, e.g., 10-minute classes, standing classes, etc. Thank you!
Please, everyone, do not exhale through your mouth! Also, let the expansion on your inhalation be felt down into your abdomen, releasing there. That is how your diaphragm works most effectively and efficiently!
I hear some times a rib popping on the left while standing. Did it again and is gone now. Had a little accident there earlier outside. Thanks for reminder.

Yes you do, a long, slow and controlled exhale whilst drawing the abdominal wall inwards 😊
