    Who knew breathing was such hard work? But seriously, I struggling with breathing in my day to day so this is extra challenging for me. I hope I can eventually master this so I can move on to the actually Pilates workouts. Thank you!

    V. helpful explanations. It is not easy to do lateral breathing, but important to practice and get better at it. The visual that the abdominal muscles press/follow the diaphragm back is helpful. Thank u!
