Should I use the G Hub software INSTEAD of Logi Tune or Logitech Capture? So many options & I'm just looking for a single program to tweak my Brio camera settings. I use it only for video conferencing at work. Thanks!

Thanks for a great video. I wanted to add that I had problems with flickering with my Brio, and changing the "Anti Flicker" setting from 60 to 50 did nothing for me. After hours and hours of web searching and trial and error, I realized that my indirect tape lights around my ceiling were the culprit. When I turn those off and just turn on regular light bulbs, the flickering disappeared. I wanted to post this in case anyone out there is having a similar problem and can learn from my experience. :)

I got the brio based off this video and I do love the camera. I am coming from the logitech C615. It miles ahead of that camera. My only gripe is the software. You have to have logitech capture software to control your FPS. But if you dont care about that as explained in the video, this camera is amazing.

Thanks very much for your tutorial. It was extremely helpful after I had just bought my Brio Cam. I have one problem though with my Brio. When using the video cam, I've noticed that I'm getting a fraction of a second of a delayed movement when I'm talking or moving my hands while looking at my monitor. How can I fix this annoying problem? Thanks.

Thank you for your videos as I have found them very helpful. I do have one suggestion is could you please move the ring light in your studio so when you look to your right, toward the camera, it does not appear as a bright, white circle in your right eye / glasses? I find it very distracting. I'm not being critical, but I find it distracting and maybe it is just me. Thank you again for your excellent content.
Hi! I purchased the Brio ; however, it's not recognizable on my HP Spectre laptop (64-bit). Any suggestions? Under device manager it reads, "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device."
I just got the Brio Logitedh 4k pro webcam. I am watching your video on set up and my settings are the same as your. I am on a windows 10 pc. I guess the setting have changed since you did your set up video 3 years ago. Any suggestions has to how I can get the auto focus setting, zoom setting, etc. Thank Bob S
Thanks for all the info really appreciate it! I recently bought a second Brio and the Logitech software isn't picking up both of the cameras. I was able to use both in obs but the Logitech software settings will stay on one and not the other. Today I opened up the Logitech software and when I tried to change settings nothing worked on the camera that was displayed. I unplugged that one and restarted the program and the other camera came up and I was able to change the settings. I have tried them one at a time and they work fine. I thought there would be like a second camera icon in the logitech software. Have you encountered this? I'm not sure if its something im doing wrong. Thanks for everything you do!!!!!
Please please help. I see while you are doing your settings in this video there is a mouth to voice lag (very small with the BRIO camera, not the one you using on the side.) I have the same problem. Is there anything you can do about it?

I am using 2 Brios. Can I change the settings differently for each camera? Or is it one setting that is the same for both?
I've had my Brio webcam for 3 years and now installing it on my new PC with Windows 11. I was using Logitech Capture but upon installing it, I got a note about the G-Hub. I don't get it. G-Hub does not have the video capture settings I was using. Can you please explain why the g-hub doesn't do everything that capture did? Thanks so much.

Do I have to leave Ghub software running in the background while using streaming programs like Cisco Webex or Zoom? Or do these settings get saved to the camera itself? I use a corporate laptop where I cant install any software but it would be great if I could setup the camera on my personal laptop, then use it for work stuff later.
Update: The camera seems to save the settings locally! I used the "Logitech Capture" program provided on the Logitech website. The camera saves settings like viewing angle and zoom which is nice. Its possible its saving all settings like frame rate, color, ect but I cant know for sure because Im using Cisco Webex on my work laptop which doesnt have any way of telling me what the camera settings are. And my work laptop doesnt support HDR graphics. The picture quality seems like refresh rate is reduced lower than 30 fps and everything looks waaaay too white. Over all these two limitations makes the camera completely useless for my needs so I'll be sending it back to Amazon. But for anyone who has super user permissions to their PC you should be good.
wow thank you soso much I got this cam when it first came out, but it did me no good because I had Windows 8 with a 1080 p screen, I just got a new Monster computer with a 4k screen and it made a world difference just join your channel lol
I followed your suggestions to set up the Brio, but the camera lagged. Then I restored default settings, and the lag is still there. Looks like slow motion. What can I do?
maybe a naive question, but how do you set the 4K vs 1080P or the 30 vs 60 fps? I do not see that in G-hub

Did I miss something ? Where do you select between 30 fps and 60 fps and 1080 and 4k
I'm about to return my Brio as the image always looks grainy. The noise is making the Brio looking worse than my c920 which makes no sense to me.
I have tried many settings, positions and softwares (logi stream, G hub, obs settings) I have a 10" ring light so my lighting doesn't seem to be an issue.
Anyone can help me out with this?
