Servers being at: GMT-5 for NA, GMT+1 for EU, GMT+8 for Asia") Right now you'll be looking to get gear, since the faster you kill things, the faster you'll level up (enhance the artifacts prioritizing ATK as much as you can, for your main character) Make sure to check which materials you'll need to ascend after lvl 20 (for your character and weapon), so you can kill the respective mobs and bosses For lvl 20 and beyond you'll be exploring the whole new Geo map, getting waypoints, quests etc. After this point, you'll need more specific materials to ascend weapons, characters and upgrade talents, so you'll need to spend your resin wisely in order to get the materials needed Obviously the game is 100% free to do whatever you like, in fact that's what makes it so enjoyable. Yeah, I find myself sitting in the tavern actually ROLE PLAYING at times, so it takes me a while to rank up. The game we never expected (At least for me), but this is literally all weebs dream come true lol. I get SAO vibes from the game
@@majimagoro2629 What do you mean? Level 17 is not that high. If you have a clear path way in your mind, you can easily reach higher adventure ranks, instead of pulling all nighters. I have been playing efficiently , not grinding. So I am adventure rank 20
This is interesting. I now see that I basically wasted my time progression wise by just explore as much as I cold at the start of the game. I got to lvl 16 after the first 2 days but I will just continue to play like I played before because I have more fun in exploring and not worrying about the AR too much.
I actually started exploring at ar 11 that was the first day, I already unlock the full map without stormterror, and killing anemo hypostasis, I ended up at ar 19 because of exploring and doing waypoint, chest, geoculus, and eye of the wind,

if you got 4 star Barbara, it is more than enough. she can solo a "boss". lol. i used her without equipping any artifact, lv9 went to fight lv20 Ruin Guard (a special monster at a ruin near temple). her heal and hp regen are great.
Hes high level because he plays the game. I have AR 30 and dont do refreshes at all, I play when I get home from work till I fall asleep. It took me 5 days to get AR 30, its not 2 days but why are you complaining lol just play the damn game

TLDW; Before you leave the city read your adventurer handbook. Head to your next main quest or side quest and do book tasks on the way. Collect the things for the altars on the way and unlock teleporters and stuff on the way. Do everything there is to do while on the way to do your quest, being efficient in your movement.

I'm AR 28 and I'm really struggling to find quests. I talk to everyone everywhere and they sound like they are giving me a quest but they don't. I've finished the main quest line till I get to 29
Same. I've done EVERYTHING except for the a few challenges and chests. And I am at AR 28. I think now the only thing to do is domains and elites or stormterror which requires resin so you can do that. But it's kinda slow as only 100xp is given while to reach AR 29 you need a total of more than 5k. :/
And locked to 60fps, and the vertical sens is way lower than horizontal for some reason (For the record I'm loving this game, just has some annoying technical issues)

With no prior experience with this game, managed to hit AR 17 within 3 days, without having to forcefully refresh my resin during this time. Just doing everything I can do that is well within my reach.

Guys, I’m AR 46 and please take your time and enjoy the game. It’s not about always speed running the game or getting five star characters, it’s about the enjoyment, take a while and appreciate the game, it’s honestly beautiful.
ar 55 here ^^ i agree fully. i made the mistake of being obsessed. even though my time is balanced, i had break which is when i started genshin, so i played a lot during break (i also played other games) and guess what. by the time i started school i was about ar 20 and when it was the second break it was ar 45ish so please do not rush! i am trying to take a break rn and skipping commissions. please explore! yes, i enjoyed fighting bosses, hillichurls, and making characters strong but i kept levelling up. please balance your game time and just explore stuff. example, try to solve puzzles or just enjoy scenery
Why are people here - a video called LEVEL UP FAST - and then complaining that he's teaching you to level up fast, and not "enjoying the game"? I happen to enjoy leveling up fast, and I do not care about exploring and listening to the dialogue. So this is a great video. My only complain is he's talking about increasing all these gear items @level 12. I can tell you for a fact that MOST people are not going to have any 4 star artifacts at low levels. Some get lucky, and have 1 or 2, but most do not. The way he talks it feels like everyone is going to be loaded with 4 star artifacts. And i think this is going to confuse people into leveling those worthless 3 stars and causing a bunch of problems later on. Other than that, great video. Especially about the luxury chest hunting.
I do enjoy the game to me exploring is really fun, so I don't see how lvling fast conflicts with enjoying the game, I've got to lvl 20 in less than a day just because I want to go to every corner of the game
I don't see a problem in leveling 3* artifacts. While it's a pretty big waste of resources if you're trying to grind fast the additional stats from upgraded 3* artifacts will make a big difference.
seabass all characters are good as long as you know how to use them properly. In my opinion they are both just okay. The best lighting user in my opinion is fischi (4 star), most agree with me. Out of both of them, I would say go for whatever you like the best as they are both around the same in power. If you are a try hard like me go for fischi from the wishes.
This game is addictive that I played whole time for days, 16hrs a day, after days of unlocking the maps and waypoints, reached AR 21 i feel satisfied and want to return to normal life, 4 to 8hrs of gaming a day.
I spent 2 days since the launch and reach AR24 now is my 3rd day and now im AR25.. bro no joke after you reach AR25 leveling rank is super hard like legit super hard amd ressin become important now

Just got home to work on my rank, and got the 10 Intertwined Fates they sent in the mail. Pulled on the Venti banner, and got Mona (the girl I was wanting), and a dupe Xiangling. I'm completely happy with that pull. It also means if I pull another 5* on that banner again, it's guaranteed to be Venti next time. Fischl would have been good to pull, too, but I'll take the pull I got lmao!
I'm just enjoying the game for what it is. No need to rush to get the AR Levels when I'm having fun exploring the world. Hope the speedrunners are having fun as well, but I would think they are missing out on what the world of GImpact has to offer.
thissss ^^^ i think people are overlooking that this is an open world PVE game and you're just supposed to play it on your own pace. i can understand all the excitement that comes with late game content but forcing yourself to grind those levels is the red flag for ruining your own enjoyment.
@@shyro3240 That's you. But from how many of the TH-camrs do things, they make it seem that it pays a lot to just rush through all the content as fast as possible, almost like it's a race. I can understand it if it's a mmorpg, but does it have to be this way for single player? You play your speed, and let us play ours, and the TH-camrs can slow down with the psychological pushing.
I am quite certain at this point that after you 100% the game in terms of story and exploration, you should be at AR 34 if you have been playing since day one (I haven't used my excess resin packs yet). Probably a bit lower if you haven't done dailies or used resin. At this point there is literally nothing left for me to do besides very slowly gain AR. Hopefully I can reach AR 36 for the last quest fairly soon at least, but I feel that's the most I can hope for.
Right after i got the book, i went on a journey activating all teleport spots in the my world and to get accoustumed to to controller play i got every visible chest! When i was done and came back to Monstat i was AR 19! Then i did all the chapter 1 quest and side quest and ended at AR 23! At the end of chapter a bunch of new sidequest appear, and that where i stopped!
I've seen no-one mention the shock of when you're faced with the AR ascension quest at 25. I'm back to real life and have limited time and all of a sudden there's this dungeon I had to go to. Didn't think that the challenge goes up by a million at once so I didn't yet ascend and level my heroes to 60 etc. So this dungeon is hard until the final boss that's totally OP. I used my precious time to get to the boss so I revive and eat my inventory empty trying to figure out the tactics etc. Couldn't do it ofc because nowhere I could have seen that I shouldn't be there. I already lost a lot of AR xp after 25 max doing the event and picking chests. This is where you can first time really clearly see how detrimental the gacha monetization is for a consol /pc game. The game would be 9 or even 10/10 without the BS of making things unnecessarily complicated when it comes to progress because they want your money. The hundred different materials grinding tedium and early confusion regarding ascending heroes and gear etc. It's too bad the game has elements of greatness and elements of utter gutter filler.

go to the bottom right island, and climb to the highest point, there is an eagle flying in circles around it, i noticed it when i was getting the geoculi thats up there, i also got the other sniper achievement for spraying arrows onto mobs on the beach

I've been hearing people saying that they're having trouble raising their adventure level but it's honestly pretty easy for me. I already got to level 21 in a little under 24 hrs since installing the game. Would have been much farther by now if I hadn't been stupid and actually preloaded though. The game took me about 12 hours to download after launch because of how slow the pc launcher was

So then I need to grind the level by exploring, dungeon, and killing bosses which is not really good since it's more than 3.5k AR EXP

Not really bad advice. with how long it will take to get AR 45.... those refreshes are better used to get you to the farm then to wait it out for a long time. since most 5* artifact drops come from weekly bosses anyway

I dont know if anyone has been doing this but if you and a group of friends join eachother each day you can do eachothers commissions and get up to 4x daily commissions for xp and primo
quests take countless hours for me because on the way to my destination i come by pretty places to take screenshots of my kokomi in for like 30 minutes straight then i do the same with extra characters

I'm AR 28 and I'm really struggling to find quests. I talk to everyone everywhere and they sound like they are giving me a quest but they don't. I've finished the main quest line till I get to 29
i personally prefer exploring to doing quests since 5 chests on average give you around 100 AR exp, which is how much a side quest typically gives

Same. I've done EVERYTHING except for the a few challenges and chests. And I am at AR 28. I think now the only thing to do is domains and elites or stormterror which requires resin so you can do that. But it's kinda slow as only 100xp is given while to reach AR 29 you need a total of more than 5k. :/

ar 55 here ^^ i agree fully. i made the mistake of being obsessed. even though my time is balanced, i had break which is when i started genshin, so i played a lot during break (i also played other games) and guess what. by the time i started school i was about ar 20 and when it was the second break it was ar 45ish so please do not rush! i am trying to take a break rn and skipping commissions. please explore!
yes, i enjoyed fighting bosses, hillichurls, and making characters strong but i kept levelling up. please balance your game time and just explore stuff. example, try to solve puzzles or just enjoy scenery

Why are people here - a video called LEVEL UP FAST - and then complaining that he's teaching you to level up fast, and not "enjoying the game"? I happen to enjoy leveling up fast, and I do not care about exploring and listening to the dialogue. So this is a great video. My only complain is he's talking about increasing all these gear items @level 12. I can tell you for a fact that MOST people are not going to have any 4 star artifacts at low levels. Some get lucky, and have 1 or 2, but most do not. The way he talks it feels like everyone is going to be loaded with 4 star artifacts. And i think this is going to confuse people into leveling those worthless 3 stars and causing a bunch of problems later on. Other than that, great video. Especially about the luxury chest hunting.
I do enjoy the game to me exploring is really fun, so I don't see how lvling fast conflicts with enjoying the game, I've got to lvl 20 in less than a day just because I want to go to every corner of the game
I don't see a problem in leveling 3* artifacts. While it's a pretty big waste of resources if you're trying to grind fast the additional stats from upgraded 3* artifacts will make a big difference.

seabass all characters are good as long as you know how to use them properly. In my opinion they are both just okay. The best lighting user in my opinion is fischi (4 star), most agree with me. Out of both of them, I would say go for whatever you like the best as they are both around the same in power. If you are a try hard like me go for fischi from the wishes.

This game is addictive that I played whole time for days, 16hrs a day, after days of unlocking the maps and waypoints, reached AR 21 i feel satisfied and want to return to normal life, 4 to 8hrs of gaming a day.

Just got home to work on my rank, and got the 10 Intertwined Fates they sent in the mail. Pulled on the Venti banner, and got Mona (the girl I was wanting), and a dupe Xiangling. I'm completely happy with that pull. It also means if I pull another 5* on that banner again, it's guaranteed to be Venti next time. Fischl would have been good to pull, too, but I'll take the pull I got lmao!

I'm just enjoying the game for what it is. No need to rush to get the AR Levels when I'm having fun exploring the world. Hope the speedrunners are having fun as well, but I would think they are missing out on what the world of GImpact has to offer.

i think people are overlooking that this is an open world PVE game and you're just supposed to play it on your own pace.
i can understand all the excitement that comes with late game content but forcing yourself to grind those levels is the red flag for ruining your own enjoyment.

@@shyro3240 That's you. But from how many of the TH-camrs do things, they make it seem that it pays a lot to just rush through all the content as fast as possible, almost like it's a race. I can understand it if it's a mmorpg, but does it have to be this way for single player? You play your speed, and let us play ours, and the TH-camrs can slow down with the psychological pushing.

I am quite certain at this point that after you 100% the game in terms of story and exploration, you should be at AR 34 if you have been playing since day one (I haven't used my excess resin packs yet). Probably a bit lower if you haven't done dailies or used resin. At this point there is literally nothing left for me to do besides very slowly gain AR. Hopefully I can reach AR 36 for the last quest fairly soon at least, but I feel that's the most I can hope for.

Right after i got the book, i went on a journey activating all teleport spots in the my world and to get accoustumed to to controller play i got every visible chest! When i was done and came back to Monstat i was AR 19! Then i did all the chapter 1 quest and side quest and ended at AR 23! At the end of chapter a bunch of new sidequest appear, and that where i stopped!

I've seen no-one mention the shock of when you're faced with the AR ascension quest at 25. I'm back to real life and have limited time and all of a sudden there's this dungeon I had to go to. Didn't think that the challenge goes up by a million at once so I didn't yet ascend and level my heroes to 60 etc. So this dungeon is hard until the final boss that's totally OP. I used my precious time to get to the boss so I revive and eat my inventory empty trying to figure out the tactics etc. Couldn't do it ofc because nowhere I could have seen that I shouldn't be there. I already lost a lot of AR xp after 25 max doing the event and picking chests.
This is where you can first time really clearly see how detrimental the gacha monetization is for a consol /pc game. The game would be 9 or even 10/10 without the BS of making things unnecessarily complicated when it comes to progress because they want your money. The hundred different materials grinding tedium and early confusion regarding ascending heroes and gear etc.
It's too bad the game has elements of greatness and elements of utter gutter filler.
It's totally a Gacha game FIRST before an adventure rpg... Sigh

go to the bottom right island, and climb to the highest point, there is an eagle flying in circles around it, i noticed it when i was getting the geoculi thats up there, i also got the other sniper achievement for spraying arrows onto mobs on the beach

@@erock864 its called gayun stone forrest, its a pretty long way from cape oath, ar doesnt really matter to how "soon" you can go places, i had almost every teleport location before i was ar16

I've been hearing people saying that they're having trouble raising their adventure level but it's honestly pretty easy for me. I already got to level 21 in a little under 24 hrs since installing the game.
Would have been much farther by now if I hadn't been stupid and actually preloaded though. The game took me about 12 hours to download after launch because of how slow the pc launcher was

I got to AR 30 one week after playing. Just make sure to explore the world while doing the main quests.
The game gets more grindy after AR 20, so if your deciding to keep going prepare yourself
So I'm not the only one who felt this way. Currently on level 22 and need AR level 23 to continue the story quest and what's sucks about it is, my side quest is all finished...
So then I need to grind the level by exploring, dungeon, and killing bosses which is not really good since it's more than 3.5k AR EXP

It's pretty boring to be honest, since my character and weapon is level 50, while my friend world level is still 1, the enemy felt squishy

Edit: Oh god no. Anyone reading this: Do not waste your fragile resins on power leveling. Save them for AR45 to farm artifacts. Jesus this is bad advice.
Not really bad advice. with how long it will take to get AR 45.... those refreshes are better used to get you to the farm then to wait it out for a long time. since most 5* artifact drops come from weekly bosses anyway
