This Malibu mansion is one of the most beautiful and well designed mansions I have ever seen. The lot quality, orientation, and used are good. the house design is modern and symmetrical. The inside has a nice scale and volume. the house has a nice balcony and a nice vertical pool. This is an A house. They can add a basement in the house for a spa and movie theater.
For my personal taste i would have change all the sliding windows and doors with French doors, and French windows. I would replace the water feature of the front entrance with two fountains and add two front windows on the water feature wall.

WOW that is a busy looking street. I guess building it lower than the level of the street helps mitigate SOME of the noise - but that is a lot of traffic.
It’s the main artery … but ya there is elevation difference and a decent size frontage to help reduce that noise

Serious question: If a wealthy person pays for a house in cash, do they still need to carry fire insurance if they can just rebuild from their cash if the place burns down?
Mortgage holder requires insurance, paid cash, no insurance needed as long as willing to take the risk to rebuild

Arvin wasn’t wrong & the picture of tiger he used was spot on look-alike. It’s called the ‘Caspian tiger’ - locally it was referred to as the Iranian tiger. Of course they like a lot of things thanks to humans are now extinct.
