These Three Big Mansions Still Haven’t Sold After a Year - บันเทิง
We’ve been worried about these mansions…thank you for the update.
amazing bust. thank you! you literally made me lol (as the kids say-15 years ago-so they are no longer kids now are they?-looking in the mirror is sad now. just sad.)
No problem!
They won't sell because they are selling 4-5 times the price of what it cost to build them. Nobody is paying 20 plus million for these "modern" homes with nothing but big squared rooms of sheetrock with nice fixtures and backsplash. Better start designing those interiors a lot more complex than this and get some structural engineers to show off their work.
I agree 💯
The entire Miami condo was built for $100m and they're selling one unit for $22.5m, make it make sense.
@@4evahodlingdoge226 this may help …
According to the developer the amenity-filled floors with the sunrise and sunset pools cost $100M to construct, NOT the whole building. And for more context other units in the building have traded for more than $22.5M.
OMG u speak my mind , EXACTLY 👍🏻,,, every point u said I agree on
These lame ultra expensive spec homes are built for corrupt foreign money. They use to buy these up to hold their money. I guess times are changing tho.
That videographer! The balance and skills needed to capture all whilst rolling is unbelievable
The first house is so large the cameraman needs a vehicle to get through it.
🤣
that mansion tax in LA is going to make things very interesting in the coming years!
A little over $500,000 alone in HOA’s and taxes a year. I bow out gracefully. That box is way above my pay grade.
The first one is more of a real estate investment than live able home. It’s like something in oil sheik would buy and probably never see in person. I’d need full time body guards to feel comfortable living there 😂
Imo, 1st one, the price is too high, and it feels cold, and unlivible. The house is definitely nice though. Also, I'm sure the housing market is playing a big factor in all of this. They're having to eat up the costs of running, and maintaining the property until they can find a buyer willing to take over responsibility. #expensiveart
no disrespect to Ivana but that interior was HIDEOUS beyond belief.
First house didn't sell because no views of the city. For that price point, no matter how nice the house is, it has no value without views of downtown LA IMO
Correct. Location is important
It's just a warehouse.
@@tellmemore8837I'll buy it
First house is worth 20 mil at best. Property taxes plus new mansion tax make it a unattractive offer at 38 mil
The one-wheel photography technique is great.
The first house looks like a shopping center.
Or a futuristic airport lounge!
Lego house
Joan Rivers said that line about so and so living there if they had money-only she said "Marie Antoinette". I'm not 100% certain that Joan Rivers originally wrote that line-but I am certain that Ivana Trump didn't. Though I credit Ivana with a tad more than I do the rest of them. Ivana at least kept the Plaza hotel at a higher standard than how it exists currently. I will give her that.
That condo in SunnyIsle a.k.a lil Russia will not sell for that. She's trying to set a record. On top of the 40k monthly for holding cost, you will do better building or buying a Mansion on Mami Beach. Robert Hite has one listed in the Paramount the penthouse for 9mill and its the same size but has a 360 view of Miami, Miami Beach and the Islands!! The smarter play would be Fort Lauderdale because Miami Beach is wayy to congested.
Can you imagine the commission the agents would receive from selling any of those properties???
Also imagine how much property tax you would pay
@@knight151 😲😲😲$$$$$$$
Mind blowing 🤯
Can you imagine the money and time the agents spends on marketing?
@@emilyfeagin2673 Probably about the same amount of time and money they spend on the other properties in their portfolios.
Great condo. Love the two views on both sides. Nice kitchen. Bulking looks cool too.
I get dizzy just thinking about living that high up.
They still on the market crazy! What I love the most about the Condo is the east to West floor! Ocean and city view is just amazing especially at night, it must look incredible!
Crazy are the prices. Overpriced.
@@BadboyMax1986 you in Miami... What do you expect!
@@Atem_S. That i get more for 22M USD in Miami. That not really a nice appartment.
@@BadboyMax1986 you are on the beach with East to West view... On the 40+ floor, in a luxury project... You could probably knock 5m from it but that's about it. It will not sell under 15M unless the owner is really pinch for money! Right next to it is Porsche design tower... Check how much they cost!!
@@Atem_S. I now how much they cost and how much are the building cost.
Where are investors in Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderale.
The only good is the location (but there are much better in miami and in florida).
And the 40+ floor.
But all the things like kitchen are not very special.
Love the Bundy house. Love that garage and where you can look at your cars through that glass where you watch a movie too. Amazing house.
No thanks on the hi-rise I can't get the collapse out of my head yet...
All falling over that narrow glass balastrade!
22m for an apartment? I thought it was the penthouse but it’s only a standard 5 room one :-)
It probably wouldn’t sell only for half that. The included furniture (maybe) could justify an extra million but that’s about it.
Ya@JeepersCreepers-nq4qk
what would be very interesting to see, is, Track the moments of the owner, living in the house for 6 months to a year and see how long they spend in each part of the house and how often they use each section of the Mansion. What % of rooms never get used?
Will all of the kitchens be used regularly, or will one never be touched?
How often will there be maintenance crew,
I think you'll find 30% -50%of the complex predominately untouched, just a display. no value for money.
Outdoor pizza oven never got used...
That’s a good point. I had an elderly friend that lived in a large ranch. She used her master suite, the kitchen and she took a small bedroom as a sitting room The rest of the house was unused
@@masterspin7796 depends who buys it. my wife's uncle has one (regular house with a big house in new jersery) - we use it every summer/fall
How many times to leave your phone on the whole other side of the house. Would you have to bring a backpack with you when walking around your own house?
For the Super Rich (who buy piles like this), it's about flaunting their wealth _first_ and pragmatism ... _never._
That first house is a cavernous monstrosity
Grotesque, isn't it.
More videos like this please 🤠
Got it!
That’s insane of how much real estate taxes there are per month for that condo. Plus the HOA dues. Insane.
I like how he spread out the $100’s an interesting way to break it down.
500k a year!? I just threw my computer out the window after hearing that cost!!!
The LA house is built for foreign buyers more than anything. It feels more like a hotel than a single family home.
Its stupid how greedy these home prices are
The Trump home is a complete renovation. Asking market price is crazy. 4k cut will not cut it. 15-17 mill will get offers
Lower the price and I’ll buy it
They never ask why is the house being sold. Curious about reason for first home.
Beautiful
I love that lady's name "Sonata". The name sounds like the chick would be cool and possibly could sing well.
Buying anything in California or New York is beyond idiotic due to taxes
Beautiful 1st mansion.
That Cali mansion seems like it’s up for sell every year. I’m sure the original developer of that property went bankrupt.
hillarious how u keep mentioning josh....u boys are in ❤ with each other
The star ceiling in the first mansion`s theatre has 2 defective panels on the right side. Feels like they should fix that before selling the property.
I love these exquisitely maintained mansions!!! We willl buy these mansions for 1,000,000 dollars!!!! I would use it for corporate retreat housing!!!
Sunny Isles apt: I used to live behind this block in an apartment 1 or 2 blocks behind and it which only went about 8 levels high, it was around a $400k apartment. Great sushi spot on the pier, you can walk to it in the same amount of time they get down in the elevator lol, I didn't have a view but a communal pool. The Russians (Sunny Isles is like a Russian Colony) and the Latinos don't really mix. Overall however, I did really enjoy living here. Florida is just too hot for 4 months of the year and the hurricane season ruins a lot of plans! And even in Florida, Taxes are too high so I moved offshore and rejected a Green card.
Should all be turned into office spaces, since they already look the part.
Host couldn’t be more flamboyant
I'll take all three at a significant price reduction. I'll live in LA that area near the Getty is amazing and close to everything, and I'll visit Miami and NY. I love going to to Miami when it isn't too hot and muggy and NY when it isn't too cold.
That first mansion has a tremendous amount of wasted space. You could probably cut the square footage by a third and still have enough room for everything. The second one isn't much better.
the first house seems like it was bigger then 16ksqft
8:40 They literally created the g t a five online garage IRL😂
ivana home is really a vintage.. i would buy it
These are some really nice homes.
Hopefully, one day soon, I will be in a financial position where I can buy them all.
They are houses, not homes.
These kinds of homes when you forget something downstairs you will grab it tomorrow maybe
Or send one of the kids to go and get it, you'd not see them for a couple of days!
First one reminds me of the common areas in a big conference center. Not homey at all. Second one, $500k in yearly carrying costs, wow!
I was wondering how people have conversations in that house. Inbuilt mic system to be heard by the person across from you in the living room?
As long as it does not fall down just like the other building that recently fell there in Miami. The problem with living in buildings like that is when the building gets old, the foundation weakens as well.
Really. 🙄 Investing in property along the Ocean with sea levels rising is crazy.
Or anywhere in the world very close to the beach@@redmoondesignbeth9119
And yes, I wouldn't buy anything in Miami.@@redmoondesignbeth9119
And subject to a potential category 5 hurricane.
It’s a shame that all these places remain empty and not lived in. There must be security I suppose?
Because people this rich realize they can just buy their own rather than give the developer over 60% profit. It probably cost 10 million to build. A lot of concrete some plank flooring etc. A lot of these finishes are in everyday homes. Not in the same zip code obviously, nor SF but the asking prices are absurd for these mansions. That’s why they’ll sit until they price according to the market.
Well said. Why pay tens of millions for someone's dumb design when you can build and spec a home the way you want
I've seen a few videos on the real-estate channels of the first house. You guys did a much better job. 👏
Soon to join the list will be Gene Simmons old remodeled Beverly Hills home. Its been on the market since May 2023 @ $44,800,000/ after price drop from $48,000,000. Complete transformation.
Because every single house is Unique and customized for a particular person. What do you expect?
Ivana’s house is nice & a good price.
*It is not at all unusual for properties with **_eight-digit price tags_** to have lengthy selling times and multiple re-pricings. (Crackerjack scoop, though!)* 🙄
That L.A mansion is gonna need another price drop in my opinion. Around 30 it will go for. Don't really like the design and set-up. I mean it's clearly filled with high end stuff but comparing to other homes north of 35mill ....don't cut it. Cinema is beautiful though
I think Enes toured the one of these houses on his youtube channel.
I'm not sleeping 😂
If I became a multi billionaire, I would solve this crisis.
😂😂😂😂😂
First house was sold by the builder
Is the first one made out of Lego?
First one was featured in Million Dollar Listings. Got rumbled LOL. Good.
Montessori versus ivy leagues generational discrepancies are resolved by mansions not palaces
Witch one is mine 😁❤
The wealthy athletes will interested in buying these mansions!
Interested
Size is only important depending on how many people will be there 😂
I think this house was on Producer Michael a while back.
first one is sold already editors
16:16 watch what happen to the like button.
Ivanas home should have some sentimental value for the kids. Why would they sell it ?
Can’t imagine why… 😂🤦♂️💰
What!!! The ask of 100 billion dollars is too much.
The people who buy these houses will never spend more than a week a year in them. Unwelcoming and sterile. Perfect for (not) hanging out with the family you despise. My little $400k 1,500sf house is warm and comfortable and I wouldn’t trade it for any of these sad boxes.
When they’re too custom it’s not worth the price
That first house seems like a bargain
What do you mean the first house sold for 41 million .
Well the property tax in Los Angeles has been increased ultra high with property’s over 10 million . So that’s why it not wanted
25 million dollars for the Cali Mansion
Dammmm🧐🙄🤔 this video just made me feel BROKE AF.🤧 and i thought i was doing ok for myself here in los angeles
Comparison is the thief of joy.
Even billionaires are feeling the economy pinch!
Rest assured peasants! I will buy them all. Im rich! 😃
A BLOW WHAT BAR???? 😂
alright alright. I guess I'll take it off their hands for about $5.
The days of these Monster Mansions are almost over.
They are ridiculous places imo!!
I want this house who do I contact?
i do not understand why they used so much black in the first home. It seems almost depressing: Bright colors and a more positive interior motif would have made that house seem more open and inviting. The overall interior design is just off.
They can get away with it because of how much sunshine the area gets throughout the year. They were using darker colors to warm up the space/make it feel more intimate.
😊
Lake Tahoe lakefront homes are also 2x or more overpriced and not selling.
Aint nobody gone buy the last one
I'm more disgusted by the fact that they're walking through these houses with their shoes on...
No one this rich wants a home they didn't personally have custom made for themselves. I'll never understand the second hand mansion market.
Ivana's ghost house won't sell
Well its hard to sell a place in FL when u have a dam building fall down
Why does the camera man keep showing himself instead of the house. It’s weird.
