Easy enough. Thanks man this will save me $60 from doing it myself now! I appreciate people like you who make videos for people to learn on their own. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
@@barricadegarage5361 that's awesome bro. I just became a tech at thermo king after being a sales man for 12 years... I'm learning so much but the dudes at the shop tell me I got aptitude. I'd love to check out all your old shit to see proper techniques in car care even though I'm working on diesel engines. God bless bro!
@@barricadegarage5361 fixing broken minds, a high calling indeed, keep spewing truth and authenticity' also you damn well know somebody out there needs to change oil in their Malibu
How come you did use 5W30 Dexros? We cut open 18 oil filters and ACDelco had 32 sq in more in filter media while 9 had no pressure relief valve and 3 had no spring. Use an ACDelco filter. I get a case from Rock Auto or a local deal. DK, ASE Master Tech since 1978, mechanic since 1971.
Noravanguard, it is recommended that the oil filter is replaced with a new one at each oil change. Otherwise think of it like taking a shower, but putting on your old underwear back on.
The filter change is just as important as the oil change. Possibly even more important. If you have oil that is supposed to last 15k miles it’s recommended to change the filter at 7.5k miles.
So these oil drain plugs come with their own built in Rubber O-ring? Bout to change my Homies 2016 Malibus oil and want to be sure if he needs a Crush washer of some sort or not
My man even shows you where to place the jack and stand. Rare breed indeed.

You should never use impacts or cordless ratchets on drain plugs they can crack the pan, always use a ratchet wrench
An engineer put the oil filter where you can reach it??
Haha, good one!
Unfortunately he was fired once his boss realized the mistake
