It's almost not point watching Chinese cooking videos when we can't get something similar in Aus. For example, the cooking time and method for chicken from Australia is very different to China, HK or Taiwan, the fat content, weight/size ...etc are very different here in Aus.

看乌乌的视频除了流口水,还是流口水。咕噜肉这味是我老家酒席必备的菜,儿时并不爱吃,请来大厨没做好,直到有次吃到好好吃咕噜肉,那个大厨将五花肉切片,炸好咕噜肉,外酥脆内里肥肉化了,可惜才吃了两块没了,二十几年过去了,再也没吃过好吃的咕噜肉了。虽然乌乌提供做法,但以我厨艺,嘿嘿!看看就好。若是有人做给我吃,我拼着不减肥也吃饱。

酸酸甜甜咕噜肉!🤤刚才吃完晚餐看了乌乌的视频突然就觉得肚子饿了。明天就吃咕噜肉吧。发现乌乌不推荐酶头肉而更偏好五花腩,已经有几个菜都选择用五花腩(其实我也觉得酶头肉有时候会很柴)。。。
