Funny, last April when we ran the Bradshaw from east to west that car was not there. Early on the trail we did come across a stock car but the lady in it hadn’t left & really needed help. We got her out and towed her back to the pavement. We saw tortoise along the road & enjoyed our 2 days traversing the trail & exploring some side trails. The end is pretty crazy but we heard that the route you took was rougher so we went all the way to the Salton Sea to spend our 3nd night camping on its shore.
The Bradshaw Trail was pretty wretched, I agree. One and done for me. The Red Canyon area is much more interesting though. Also, the General Patton museum near the interstate is definitely worth a visit for you and your son.
I made a mister 20 years ago. Pet mister with 4 heads $20 and a 2 gallon pump sprayer $12. Pump it up and it worked for 45 minuets and you got 2 to 2.5 pump ups per refill of water.
In that area cartel cars run heavy with temp plates, looks the part since they avoid highways and check points especially on that side of Cibola . Also.. that’s a pretty good spot there off the 10 👍
hello warm greetings from Pontassieve province of Florence Italy I am the esteemed owner of a 4x4 off-road vehicle Suzuki Jimmy 4x4 with a 1.3 LT petrol m13a engine, all original from 2001, all original that I usually use on rural and forest tracks and with the right mud tyres it goes well and for me the Suzuki Jimmy 4x4 even if it is completely original I see that it is in its usual habitat in tackling rural farm tracks and forest roads that are used by logging companies for the transport of timber with forestry trucks!
I'm thinking the same thing that the Discovery Sport was stolen and taken for a joy ride based on the temporary tags and the condition it was in. The way the front wheel looked, it was obviously been driven without any tyres for some distance. No owner in their right mind would threat their new vehicle like that. Even if it's a Land Rover. 😁
Hey friend has Toyota reached out to you about your truck updates to get more information about it to make more rugged, better future new tundra trucks? I’m sure they can learn a lot from you and your truck data
It was probably dragged out there good thing you didn’t run into them when they were dumping that expensive suv you could have been in some danger with them
idk how i feel you alone with little kid, sitting in the middle of desert, on the sand. there could be scorpions in there snakes and what not. no emergency services nearby. where is the mom. i mean for you beng a young man is ok, but the kid......u saw the range rover, stolen or not, i mean whoever they were, couldn't walk and drove it to the last breath, i mean any technical failure can happen, and specially with ur tundra main bearings blowing up engines lol...man... why not plan these trips with couple other people and trucks, i wouldn't do it like that. but over all.... bravo....
It was definitely a theme on this part of the trip because a lot of things went wrong or did not go well. Not everything is sunshine and rainbows, but I include it.
“Well this road sucks”. Lol. This was 1 of my favorite videos from you. Nice to know I’m not the only one who has a bad trail day from tine to time.
Thanks! Unfortunately it happens!

Great vid enjoyed seeing you having a good time with your son. I remember those days when they hardly complained. 👌👍
I know that it's not easy camping with little ones but your son is such a trooper 😉
He definitely is!

Absolutely! I’ll never do it again, but the areas around it are probably worth spending some more time at.

Sounds great. Definitely a lot cheaper than mine!
Sometimes being broke is the mother of invention. 8^)
I did this same route and exit 15 years back when I first got my Jeep. The Red Canyon trail was a hoot.
It’s a great trail! I enjoyed it after the Bradshaw
perfect man weekend trip!!!

This answered my question lol 😂

Ran that trail with all the side trails- right now it's too hot out there...
The side trails are probably pretty neat. I wouldn’t go there now either!
Great idea...camp in az in the summer🤔
This was filmed in May
The Bradshaw Trail is MUCH more enjoyable in February than late May/early June. Someone should have warned you..... oh wait. LOL
If you're able, please do an update on your camera setup (drone, dash, etc...) I would like to see what you use in as much detail as possible.
I did a really detailed Patreon video, but to summarize:
DJI Mavic 3 Pro
Sony A7SIII
DJI Pocket 3 (new, and not in this video)
Insta360 Ace Pro

Another great video, even if that road was a bit of a gauntlet.

They haven’t, but I know one of the Tundra engineers watches the channel!
👍👍😃

Reservation Dogs stole it
Vehicle out there so random..
Yeah it’s a mystery
Where's your wife, I didn't see her in any of that video ??
She had to work so stayed nearby in an RV this trip
Stolen Disco. No-one treats a $90k ride like that if it's their money.
I agree

I have enough supplies for a week alone and my wife was about 2 hours away
@@RevereOverland I understand. i am sure u had thought of all precautions. Keep up the good work man.
Every time I watch this dudes videos he seems annoyed, miserable or mad. Also complains a lot.

Rob is actually the most chill guy I’ve travelled with. Super flexible and adaptable.
@@Venture2Roam didn’t say he was a bad guy or not chill, just making an observation and stating an opinion.
Dont watch then.
Well, there's no water, so, yeah, tough on boats...🤣🤣
Not ideal sailing conditions
