చట్టం పిల్లలకు 18 సంవత్సరాలు వస్తే వాళ్ల స్వేచ్ఛ హక్కులను మాత్రమే గుర్తించింది, కానీ 18 సంవత్సరాల యుక్త వయసు దాటిన పిల్లలకు బాద్యత నైతిక విలువల్ని గుర్తుచేయడం మాత్రం చట్టం మర్చిపోయింది,తద్వారా యువత స్వేచ్ఛ హక్కులను అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని విచ్చలవిడి తనానికి అలవాటై దారి తప్పుతున్నారు ఇది చట్టంలోని ప్రధానమైన లోపం ఎంత దార్మిక విలువల్ని బోధించినా చట్టం ఇచ్చిన వెసులుబాటు కారణంగానే నేరాలు పెట్రేగిపోతున్నాయి ఎన్నో కష్టాలు పడి పిల్లల్ని పోషించుకుంటే చట్టం ఇచ్చిన వెసులుబాటు కారణంగా చేతికి అందివచ్చిన పిల్లలు దారి తప్పి తల్లిదండ్రులకు రక్తకన్నీటి గుండెకోత మిగులుస్తున్నారు "చట్టంలో సమతుల్యం లేనంతకాలం నేరాల్ని అదుపుచేయడం కష్టం" చట్టంలోని బాధ్యతారాహిత్యమైన లోపాలను సరిదిద్దకపోతే ఈ దేశ యువతను మనమే చేజేతులా నాశనం చేసుకున్నవారమవుతాం.*
