Right on! I also wonder why buyers have to pay for seller’s agent - their fees are included in the purchase price. If we do this right, buyers should only pay for the house and seller has to pay their agent directly.
I’m very been saying this since the beginning of the this issue. Further, ALL the cost associated with the sale that aren’t paid up front ad our of the sellers pocket are paid by the buyer. Using the same logic wouldn’t the cost of if all these things go down if seller had to pay for them separately from the sale??
It’s offer and present to the seller you agents don’t have an opinion, thought or voice on the price!. You don’t negotiate. The seller can but that’s up to them. You are to just pass along the offer period.
Ready willing and able. They want to buy at a price period. You don’t get a thought in that price at all. The market is created by what a person is willing to pay period. And the price is only negotiated by the seller and then the buyer not any agent. Agent is not to have a say or opinion in it at all.
Thank you Jackie for sharing this, you're the best!
Thanks for watching!
I took notes! Very powerful info- thank you!

Are you suggesting that the realtor should be involved with parsing out the best terms on a mortgage? What do you mean by best terms?
Best terms for the transaction. Closing date, possession date, etc.
Are listing Agents still taking listings at 6%? just not putting them on the MLS?
I thought we weren’t supposed to take buyers???
That's correct. This video is for agents still do.
