Hi Jackie, great video as usual. Could you please consider making a new listing presentation video. Everything that you do and say during the listing presentation to show how you do things differently and are an aggressive agent that is on the phone looking for buyers for your seller. Maybe a role-playing video?

Hi Jackie. I started watching you a couple of months ago and truly appreciate the value you are providing for us. I have a few questions for you. Do you go through the contracts line by line during your listing presentation and explain the other items in the agreement besides the price? As a seller, I want to know the terms of the agreement I am signing. Also do you just assume and put in your commission? How do you handle the buyers commission now after the NAR settlement?
