Being a car photographer myself, I would personally always keep in mind for when I’m taking a vertical photo the subject of the picture could fit on the wallpaper of a phone, this way the subject is not too big and you could actually use the picture 🤗

After watching the older 7th Era / North Borders video on bringing back under exposed pics in Lightroom, it was interesting to watch the way you were going 1.7-2.0 stops under in this. I'm new to photography and am going to try this to see if I can improve my low light shooting results.

Thanks bro! For this video I used an Osmo action (mark 1) shot at 4K 25FPS with an 8ND filter on so I could shoot at 1/50s ✌️

Hello mate, absolutely love your content on youtube. Would you be able to do a video on exposure compensation as I notice u shoot under exposed on some of your shots. I'm forever pausing your videos to see the back of your camera. I know you post your setting on each shot but it doesn't show your exposure.

Couple questions
1. When you have a driver in the car do you have to use a lot of editing to darken them out for your final edit?
2. I’m assuming that you are using spotters for places like the down ramp in the parking lot?
Yeah can use the brush tool to dark in the windscreen and I don’t know what you mean by the second question 😅
@@NorthBorders people looking out so you don’t get hit from behind and can stop cars early, especially in a parking lot ramp. They are “spotting” (looking) for cars that are coming towards you can can cause a safety concern in one way or another.

I've been trying to see what you creative styles are the whole video ahaha 😅.. I notice you have it set to standard -3 contrast 0 saturation and it looks like +3 sharpness... can you give me a low down on why you have this set as I know it doesn't affect the raws images.

Hi Love your work, being a Bathurst boy and all. Did you see them slip and slide this year? I have a question about photographing garages. I have an old garage I want to photograph inside and have the permission of the owner. It is an old wooden garage - corrugated iron shutters not windows; and the oil drainage is underneath the building (level with the road at the front but the yard goes downhill). Have you got any advice so I can do justice to this historical building. Thanks
