    • @bocahdongo7769
      @bocahdongo7769 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @KC JONES Not 3 firing per RPM. Eccentric shaft only turn 1/3 of rotor turn. You fire trice/revolution but your RPM output also reduced by trice. So you only get 1 bang/revolution as output

    • @haydentakara4369
      @haydentakara4369 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      kaito lino eccentric shaft turns 3 times per revolution of the rotor. Hence the ability of rotary engines to rev so high.

    • @gerardmontgomery280
      @gerardmontgomery280 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Rotary's still have clearly defined suck, squeeze, bang and blow sections in it's rotation so it's still a 4 stroke. Just one that makes power in every rotation.

    That's one fabulous machine and soundtrack, at times almost two stroke-like. I'll never forget the sharp, trumpet-like blare of Mazda's RX-792P four-rotor IMSA car immersing all of Laguna Seca with its glorious song. I had almost finished rebuilding my old flattracker that was laying in the corner of the shop and I had most of the parts so it got around 90% done ,then went in for the operation. after that walking and standing are hard to do..lol.. it's a kawi bighorn 350 single cylinder, rotary disk, 2stroke... mine's a 72 or 73 I'll have to look...we emptied my last storage semi trailer at the end of December my shop is full so she's out in the snow for the first time in years if ever...my drag boat is even outside covered in snow in the driveway... I only have a 2 car garage now that we moved to town 2 years ago...my wife is disabled now also and we couldn't take care of the property and livestock anymore so we finally found a little house with a garage/shop and my shop is full of what I think is cool stuff...my wife says its silly but I like old things...🤠

    Hey I was only talking to a buddy last week about Trevor nation and Steve spray. Then this popped up I like good coincidences. I was at donnington park and watched them wheelie 1 and 2 across the line. Never forget that weekend ever. Thanks for the post awesome.🏁🇬🇧💯

    Bit ironic that a Norton should have a Spondon frame but thinking about it the featherbed was made by the Irish McCandless brothers and the frame and fork internals of the Commando were Matchless, so post war they never did much of anything in the frame department.
