    This man is a treasure. You really can tell a great teacher by how contagious their passion is . Learning is effortless and enjoyable. Usually background noise never bothers me but im glad it stoped about half way through. This golden info is priceless to me, thank you Harley for sharing your great wealth of knowledge with such an upbeat and positive vibe. As i said, its contagious.

    I love this guy, the passion he has for plants and nutrition helps fuel my passion for growing. As a former Cultivation Director it's nice to get that fuel in what can become a monotonous job, even if it is a cannabis grow. LONG LIVE HARLEY.

    I not new to growing but this spoon feeding thing is very interesting. I ended up purchasing 14 products from RAW's website. Local hydro store only carries 1 or 2? Said they cannot get it from their supplier so i went straight to the source oh ya and cheaper too. I only use what is needed and the Yuca is useful using the most. Just use a small amount of these and you may not need any till you get to veg stage but i bet when they are seedlings going into vegging you will use the
    ominA because of the humidity swings :-) Thank you Harley and to the HGR Garden Supply for the much appreciated nutrient lesson on spoon feeding. Don't start grow without watching and understanding these 2 videos!

    The Raw amino acids, amina. Should that be used every feeding or once a week? Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

    • @aliensource884
      @aliensource884 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Delayed response, but I'm just watching this. You would most definitely want to use your amino every feeding and with a calcium supplement if you need calcium. Usually most base nutrients, water, and soil already have calcium in them. Amino helps chelate the calcium in your root zone even if you are not feeding calcium there is usually calcium already in your soil. It unlocks the calcium in which the uptake of calcium is very important to the health of your plants. One thing it does is strengthens the cell walls within your plant.

    I just ordered some phosphorous today. I assume promoting root growth will make stalks and branches bigger ? I am using fox farm nutrients but when I grow from seeds my plants are always skinny and the branches seem small. I assume promoting root growth will help achieve this ?

    • @cletusclem8758
      @cletusclem8758 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do you have good air movement over them? An indirect fan to make them dance a little will strengthen and build them. Also if your light is too far away it will make them stretch and give them a lanky structure.

      @cletusclem8758 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oxygen to the roots is great but i was talking about making the plants move. For seedlings, enough to make them dance a little will help strengthen them. The bigger they get the more they can take. Hurricane makes a great little clip on fan for about 20$. I use 1 for my 2x3 veg area.
