Very cool. I haven't tried the pull techniques yet but will after my new supply of canvases get here. I cant wait to experiment with colors. Thankyou for the share. This piece was beautiful.
I am so in love with this piece , your paints are mixed for the bloom right? Was it heard to get them in those bottles , I know gives better control laying them down , for me anyway . But it just seems mixed with behr/ josonja they would be to thick to put inthe bottles. Correct me? Base is house paint I'm assuming. Absolutely gorgeous. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤😮😮😮😮😮😮🎉🎉🎉🎉
Absolutely stunning! I love the colours, and the composition, it looks amazing Pamela. Thank you so much for sharing your time, talent, and your creativity with us. Looking forward to your next video, kind regards Pamela 🙂💜
I love the colors you chose I love Pebeo paints. I think this turned out gorgeous is that Gallery wrap I tend to don't use Gallery wrape on Swipe his of the deep edge it doesn't always go over so just out of curiosity can you tell me the size and if it is level 3 canvas , you did a excellent job and beautiful colors.
This is AMAZING! I have been afraid to try this because most use a large swipe piece,so then I am afraid I will mess it up! Thank you so much for sharing this! I have been doing cup pours, then started painting an image (mostly animals) on top of the pours.
Thank you so much. Yes, I know what you mean about the large swipe tools, they are not really for me either. I am gad to hear you found this helpful. Thats great that you can embellish your work, I have not did much of that but I do want to do more. I am not good at traditional art though but maybe I could use stencils...is that cheating? lol
@@kristylindenfelser2734 Do you mean with this pouring medium or in general? I have many videos on this channel with different techniques. TC my friend, what awesome colors and swipe action. You did a great job. I might just try that. So basically this is the bloom recipe but you did the swipe instead? I've seen a few artists doing that. Very cool. Keep up the wonderful work. I know you are very busy but it is very therapeutic. That's why I like doing art, in whatever form I can do. Thank you buddy. Take care and stay safe. 🙃
Well hello you, how are you keeping? Thanks very much! Yes, that is exactly what this is - the bloom recipe used with the swipe technique. It is nice to use this recipe in other techniques, I sometimes get tired of the blooms. You should definitely try it, you get that lovely lacing with minimal effort, I am all about minimal effort lol. I am exactly the same, I love art and I will try anything so long as it satisfies me. What a lovely comment. Thank you so much, I am glad you like it. My advice when it comes to fluid art is just go for it. I have learned so much from making mistakes and also I have surprised myself by achieving great pieces when I just go for it and throw expectations out the window. I have never used WD40. In the beginning I used silicone oil or coconut oil hair serum to create cells. The cells/lacing in this particular painting is actually nothing to do with either oils. It is the bloom technique pouring medium, which is nothing like the standard or more typical acrylic pouring products. I have a full detailed list of the products used in the video description, for reference, if it helps. Creating cells can be achieved by pouring mediums and sometimes there is no need for silicone oil unless you are after a specific look that only it can give. I have not used oils in my paints for some time now as I don't like dealing with the clean up before varnish/resin, also, I actually prefer not to use them. I do get cells in other ways though. I use a mixture of a couple of products (floetrol, Liquitex pouring medium and water) as a pouring medium. I can get some yummy cells using it. I hope this helps :)
Sure. The white base paint is house wall and ceiling paint, no resin. This is the bloom technique pouring medium and products. It is different to the usual pouring medium for the more traditional acrylic pouring techniques. I have a full breakdown of the products used in the video description, for reference, if it helps.
