I am so happy that I found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better and better. This visual arts creative outlet has made me so happy. I am loving this abstract art! I hope to keep doing this for years to come! I have always been fascinated by modern and contemporary art. There is something about it that is so freeing and expressive. I love acrylic pouring because I get to experiment and really join the creative side of my brain with the scientific part! There are so many different fluid acrylic pouring techniques out there, so much more to try and have fun with. Make sure you are subscribed to my channel so that you may learn and be creative with me. I love hearing all of your comments. I'm very new at this, but enjoying it very much. Lost my husband 2 years ago May 29th. I got into a very low time in my life, since finding the painting techniques I'm enjoying my life again. I'm seeing people enjoy my paintings when they buy them makes me so happy. Thank you Molly.

Since you asked... I started following you, and a few others, when the "lock down" started. Now, at 59 years old, I have learned to use a band saw and a scroll saw to cut my own shapes out of 1/2" MDF board, pour paint them using various techniques, then resin them.... I have a new hobby and side job that I absolutely LOVE!! Thanks for all your help!!

Molly, I like your kinda crazy!
Suggestion: when you like something snap a picture of it then you’ll always have it.
Afterwards your crazy can get crazier.
    Love your art!

This is gorgeous!! I've watched all the brightline series and this is possibly one of my favorites. You asked about current projects. My husband had a heart attack about 10 days ago so I've had almost -0- time. When he iss napping, I sneak away and do some tiny 6x6 abstracts of fall lakes, abstract monochromatic black and white 6x6 mountain, lake and trees, and an abstract depth experiment/study that was a showing failure but a learning success... and I'm happy with all of those tiny quick projects for now. Time will come eventually for the big ideas rolling around endlessly in my mind.
You are so very appreciated for all you teach and all you share and I do hope you know that in your heart. Paint ON! Faith.

I'm on a very tight art budget. And I haven't done any painting in about four years. Life. But your videos are so inspiring. I dug out the paints. Cleaned out the garage. And I went for it. Dutch pours. Lots of experimenting, getting paint consistency, etc. But last night, on my third or fourth try on larger canvas...SUCCESS. Even got cells with just paint and water.
I absolutely love your work, your style, your warmth. Thank you teaching and being so accessible. When mistakes happened, I was able to fix, when I had to make decisions..."It's just paint". Your videos gave me courage to just go for it.
This experiment of yours today just rocked! Love it.

The purple and blue, my first instinct was a peacock-like effect, then you said mermaid tail. I can see that. With the final orientation, I thought top of a jester hat. Whichever you choose, the final product is beautiful. I was so happy to see the colors stretch back out.

Thank you so much Molly for continuing to inspire. I've been following your lead and playing along with the bright line experimentation. I tried one this weekend where I poured a rainbow split cup in circles (warms in one side, cools in the other) avoiding complementaries next to each other. Poured that on top of white. Had the canvas on a spinner. It looked beautiful, but I wanted to see if I could then cell part of it into a rainbow. I swiped with the black cell activator and then spun and tilted a bit. The celling was really cool, but it did dry darker than I wanted - the colors muddied just a bit. So glad I tried it. Really love that you went for the scoop here even though the original was super perfect. The end result is glorious.

Hi Molly, you asked what I'm doing with art, and while I do some drawing mostly on my tablet, I have started doing resin work, and I know some people are like that's not art or whatever, but I have taken a mixture of arts including yours and put them into my resin work. My goal is always to stay true to myself and try like crazy to not do what everyone else is doing. I end up just trying and trying till I get something that I'm happy with and it isn't easy but watching you and seeing your happiness and amazing works makes me feel like I can do anything and that I need to just stick to it and better myself and craft. Thank you for being so positive and sharing your art with us so that we can learn from you. Stay safe and healthy and Thank you so much. My saying is making smiles one piece at a time 😊.

You are just great! A very inspiring artist. It feels like you are just sharing with your audience everything you know! And the best thing is you share your insecurities and thoughts. And voilá ! You always make a masterpiece, teaching us students never to be afraid to just express ourselves. Thankyou!

It looked stunning at 7:15, but the end result is beautiful too.

It's kind of a reversed ninja swipe 🤔
Love how you connect with your art, physically by finger painting and mentally by showing your feelings ❤️
