You're trying to apply the real meta at this time to the LoTD meta, and it doesn't match up. Majespecter is far more prevalent and threatening because Legacy ranked play is singles, which heavily favors that deck. Dracopals are missing from here, they should be included for the same reason as Majespecter. Cydra Infinity, Beatrice, Domain Lock, Big Ships are all prevalent enough for Kaijus, which aren't mentioned here. Like a lot of yugioh videos, this only shows the bare minimum with the absolute best hands and the worst opponents (anybody who can actually read would know to not Raigeki a Beatrice)
9000Chainz thanks! I appreciate the criticism, yeah it probably wasn't put together the best but I did have optimal hands because I wanted people to see what decks could do on a good day. Nobody wants to see monarchs draw into nothing but big guys and see me open 1 phantom knight and 1 ba monster with nothing but traps. I didn't quite think of how strong singles play was, I play a lot of matches with friends on here and that does resemble the meta. But true, for singles play the decks you listed would still be powerful. I was planning on making more videos showing lesser powerful decks and I'll make sure to include the points you make here about how such decks are good dark horses in ranked play. Thanks!
