    I appreciate your efforts to fight for your freedom. Anorexia has been an arduous road of up and down recovery for me, as well. If you are choosing to recover at home, you're going to have to be open to their support, as well, which means some patience, on your part, so that the ed voice does not put you in a battle of wills multiple times a day. I want to encourage you to push yourself, to the maximum, because you seemed very cautious about your serving sizes. ''All in Recovery" means giving yourself permission to eat until you are full, and responding to mental hunger, as well. I realize that you are just starting, and I'm not trying to discourage you, but you're going to need A LOT more food to turn this around, and Fully rehabilitate. Starting to release some of your anxieties around food choices is part of healing, but if you're still holding back, by way of small portions, and disagreeing with your mum about juice, it is (my) opinion that you've not accepted All in Recovery, for the long run. As someone who is still recovering, I regret having been in quasi recovery for Way to long, and I would not like to see you get caught in the same spin for the rest of your life. Life is too short to waste any more time with this relentless illness that only takes away from you. Keep going!

      thank you so much, i appreciate your kind words. i know that i still display some restriction in this video, however i am just starting out! i’m definitely not where i want to be yet, but i’m finding my way slowly! i will get there with time, just trust the process ❤️

    You are showing what real recovery is like. That is a gift to everyone. Just a little wee hint - the music is making it a little hard to hear portions of what you are saying and I want to hear it all! ❤️ I used cc and that made it better.

    Remember, to get the results we want, we have to go through stuff, that includes pain, mental breakdowns and etc, but what u should keep in mind is that the pain and suffer is temporary, but the lessons you learn from it are a lifetime lesson, it makes you a stronger person and teaches you these lessons. Ur doing a great job, keep pushing💪🏻

    Honestly you are SO brave. I remember those days when I used to cry over my food and I never had your courage or rationality. You are really so so strong and admirable, you can absolutely do it, it's the first video ever I see of you but you sound like such a smart and sweet young woman, you deserve the world, you deserve the beautiful beautiful life that is waiting for you on the other side of this horrendous illness... and you know it! Go get it babe 🌸 I don't know you and still words can't describe how proud I am of you ❤️❤️❤️ The path is long but you are a fighter, I can tell you are! You will win against this monster and you will achieve the fulfilling happy life your pretty, intelligent eyes deserve ❤️

    I’m soo proud of you too! I am going through this too. Please know that even though I’m not confident to put my story on You Tube I am happy to be there and support you! Been there as a parent of an anorexic as well so it’s weird as I can see both sides. It’s really hard. We can both do it! Here for you! 😊

    Instead of saying liquid calories, try saying nourishing drinks. Sometimes it helps to reframe things.

    2 bars is NOT wrong!! I totally get it though, I felt the same way. BUT, I was having 2 clif bars, a cup of juice and a banana. My mom ate them with me. 2 bars. One day she ate 3! (to show me I think). ! nakd bar is definitely NOT enough for a snack (even with a cup of juice). Snacks should be around 500 calories. (or more). So you would need like 3 nakd bars. Just think of it as fuel. 1 isn't enough fuel. You could have a different bar instead which has more fuel, then you wouldn't have to have 3. But if you pick the lower calorie ones you just have to have MORE of them. Some people might rather have a bigger bar than 2 or 3 smaller ones. Less volume but same energy! :) You can do it!! Next time do 2 or 3 bars and a full cup of juice and maybe some nuts or dried fruit on the side? Your body is crying out for food. You need this. xxx
