    This is a great workout for a busy afternoon or evening. You squeezed a lot of targeted arm work into under 20 minutes. Tie between Mounds and Almond Roca.

    What I've learned is that it's all in your head. Just stay calm and concentrate on building your endurance. You'll get the whole video without stopping with exception of one or two stops soon enough :)

    if your goal is to loose body fat this workout is not very effective, since u are working with your arms /shoulders which is 10.2 percent of your body mass. since punctual training is impossible, its much more effective to go for bigger mucles. try traing legs or cardio in general then your fat loss will be much more effective.
    the upper body toning is quite right.
    im a physiotherapist.

      ***** I am sure these slim instructors have very restricted diets to keep their body shape. I am someone who is incredibly lazy about food and I don't eat meat or fish which means I end up eating a lot of bread. I do 2 hours cardio every day to keep my figure. Admittedly I am considered small by todays standards, but on my diet I would be fat if I didn't do the amount of high intensity exercise that I do. There is nothing wrong with work outs like this providing people understand that a lot of it is to do with ratio of energy in to energy out. A person can easily have a load of muscle hidden under layers of fat lol.

      shurriexryuuki that your thighs have the same size doesnt imply much . U need to understand that food and exorsize goes hand in hand . The key is to increase the size of your big muscles and thereby increasing your daily fat burn. This combined with a stabile nutricion will give u ur wanted fat loss. The 2 needs to compliment each other

      Bigger muscles may not use that much energy while resting of course. But someone with more athletic physique will use more calories while exercising than someone who doesn't have muscular body simply because bigger muscles require more energy to do the same thing or movement. And also, after exercising you glycogen in muscle tissue will be depleted so someone with more muscle mass will need more energy to replenish it. So all in all having bigger muscle mass can greatly boost your overall metabolism if you are an active person. :)

    You have two videos, this and one on lean legs, would that be enough workout exercise for also losing some weight in general, or not?
    I'm wondering if I should do this, the leg exercises AND a 30min weight loss workout along with them, or is it fine without the weight loss workout?
