I have been doing this exercise video every day for the past 4 days. how many weeks do you think it will take doing this excersise everyday for me to have a strong core and a completely flat stomach? after doing this exercise for 4 days though, it does't really hurt, only the last set :) Thank you xx

Ok if i do this But im a runner aswell And do some cycling and walking Will i notice a difference im already sore from running been doing it every morning for like 5days
The bruises she has on her left leg is evidence that all of the exercise she does is just prep for the fight-club-style thunderdome activities she participates in. Street fighting is like a drug for her. lol

This guy nails the truth behind the Jesuits and whats happening today. Also any of Sid Roth its Supernatural shows. Be blessed and have a great life in Christ.
Just try it, maybe you won't make it halfway the first time, but it gets easier the more you try. There's also ab-workout vids on here thats under 10 minutes, that might be good to start with. just a tip from another 35 year old male :D
Too many moves to remember. Number & flow of the moves should be low & logical in order to remember where & when there is mo access to the video such as gym.
I'm going to guess because she is not doing the moves correctly. If you are copying her, your back WILL hurt. Get with someone who knows proper form to teach you how to do these moves safely.
Her form is TERRIBLE! Quit worrying about what movies people have seen and instead, tell people how to do these moves correctly. Or better yet, do the moves correctly so people can learn from watching you. Please do not do what this woman is doing. Go to a reputable channel and learn to do these moves correctly. Proper form prevents injuries!

Yes at least for me I have pretty weak wrists.
