Namaste Yogi ji. Thank you so much for this beautiful video. I have a couple of questions regarding Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. The first question is if we should do jalandar bandh while holding our breath. Second, how many minutes can an experienced yogi practice this pranayam in one sitting if they only do it once in the morning?
Kya saanso ko bahar nikalne ke baad bhi kumbhak lagate hai ismai ...kyuki you tube be ek video mai bahari kumbhak bhi bataya tha lagane ko just like 1:4:2:2 ke ratio mai ..but they said ki pehle aap first two stages ka abhyas teen teen maheene kariye then isko kro ..kindly suggest on this
भगवन शुरुआत में कुछ समय तो 8 ,32,16 के अनुपात में हो जाता है फिर बाद में सांस फूलने लगती है तो फिर 6,24,12 के अनुपात में करते है । क्या मैं सही कर रहा हूं कृपया मेरा मार्गदर्शन करें ।

Can you please explain Vipasana meditation, sushumna kriya yoga or meditation and soham meditation. Can one practice different meditation techniques. Also In what order should one do mantra or NamaJapam, puja, meditation and Om chanting. Thank you 🙏 - Gayatri

I am only able to breathe with one nostril guru ji..right one ....what should I do to open the left nostril ..
