As I am unable to track the status of my order, today I called on their customer care number but it didn't connect and then a put a mail mentioning order Id and ref no, but still now I haven't heard anything from them about it. Sorry to say that I have lost 150dollaars to get hmt orginal watch. The watch which I received was manufactured by grace impex how is not a Manufacturer the finesh of the watch is so rough with back cover was loose not well tight. The packing was so bad to believe. So what to do I was disappointed and thrown the watch im garbage. Indian first watch Company is HMT. Only HMT were manufacturing the watches. But bad to get fake brand watch HMT.
Kohinoor is a very beautiful watch. Iconic HMT design. If Royal Oak defines AP, Submariner defines Rolex, the Kohinoor is the essense of HMT.
