Next 8 weeks of recipes are all planned out for you! 3 recipes a week, coming your way :)
The best way to make chipotle mayo is to chop some canned chipotle peppers in adobo, mash it into a paste (which is easy since it's really soft), and then mix it in with the mayo. It's cheaper than the store-bought stuff and tastes better.
yeah that works great too :)
Great quick and simple video. I recently switched from mayo to Greek yogurt, one less condiment to buy and more room in fridge
Hey thanks, Allan! I'm a greek yogurt fiend too...
Solid video, nice commentary!!
Thanks Robert :) - appreciate you watching!
Thank you for showing how to reheat this without a microwave!

Looks amazing! Not too different from how I make them I usually just use Turkey sausage and egg white though. The tin makes a huge difference
YUM! I love those turkey sausage patties.
Yeah, muffin tins are what the pros do :)
Definitely doing this! Looks so good and thank you for posting the macros!
Hope you enjoy!
Thanks for watching Kelly :)
Bro have you ever thought why your account is not blowing up even after being so consistent, good editing ,even using shorts, providing good content its almost yt does not wanna promote your channel at all maybe the problem is with account or maybe its shadow ban or something i hope you become popular yt creater
Great question!
My channel is growing steadily, so that's good. Is it suuuuper fast - nah.
But that's cool because I am still making progress. As my videos get better and better, they will inevitably generate more attention, likes, shares, etc.
I really do appreciate your comment and support - thanks Rachit :)
Well, if nothing else the muffin tin idea is great for me. I think I'll try it when, uh, I get one.👍
I'll probably go with chicken for myself though.
Anyway, thanks for tips.👍
you bet! Thanks for watching :)_
Not bad but I'd toast the muffins first. Give a little different flavor & some what different texture even after reheating.
I like that idea - maybe I'll give it go :) thanks dude
Looks good. Have you tried with beef patties?
It's a travesty they don't sell english muffins (except at McDonald's) where I live :/ I have been planning on making my own.
sounds good to me! I'm sure they would work just fine with beef patties :)
Good stuff, Im making these for my son and I because I want to have breakfast ready without prepping too much everyday
I noticed that you added turkey bacon, however it didn't look cooked, at least it looked like that to me. If it isn't, does that cook when you reheat to eat?
It's already pre-cooked like turkey deli meat :)
Love your content but a McMuffin has 50 cals less and is only 8grams of protein diff. Can you make some higher protein recipes? Good stuff man
mine also has nearly double the protein though :)
I might make some more recipes in future... we'll see
How would you recommend to heat them up in the microwave?
That's a good question - you might just want to thaw them overnight in the fridge before heating up in the microwave!
Otherwise, just try in little 30s or 1m bouts, and see how it goes :)
Thawed the night before and wrapped in parchment paper not foil and should be alll good after 90seconds I reckon
@@Conoracoustic yeah that's a smart play
So i wanna do sandwhiches with egg without salt and pepper with regular sandwhich with avocados and bacon that stuff hits
Do itt!!!!!
How to make it for diabetic?
I'm not 100% sure Edwin. Is there a way you can manage your blood sugar while eating whole wheat bread or English muffins?
English muffins are one of the lower carb bready options (especially whole wheat). There are also low carb english muffins. They aren't great, but they're better than nothing.
Just my opinion but if I were you I would steer clear of ANY bread. I had to give up bread due to intolerance to gluten and yeast after stomach surgery. Funny how when you have to do something it often isn't really that hard. I often wrap burgers in lettuce.
@edwinallan2071 You could try making a "chaffle" type "bread" with cheese, egg & almond flour. Keto Focus, Keto Twins or Headbangers Kitchen all have some good recipes for lower carbs or "bread" substitutes.
PAM. No Bueno
oh, why?
You spend 10 minutes reheating it? I may as well make it fresh and be done with it.
yeah that could work too
You can also split it half put it on low heat in a toaster oven while you take a shower. It’s not that hard
You do know there’s actual bacon, right?
I do know that!
50 cents a serving? I don't think so, the egg alone is about that
if you watch it back you'll see that I mention the mayo is 50c per serving at 2:15
Thanks Bill!
Eggs are £2 for 12 😂
@@12thMandalorian that's like 4 bucks right?
@@MatteoMarra3 2.50 in dollars based on current rate, cheap asf tbh
Wonder where bill is buying eggs, cuz I don’t pay $6 for a dozen eggs
Get rid of the muffin. Replace the mayo with mustard. Throw away the "deli meat". If your meat wasnt raw when you bought it, its because you're a man child who still food shops like a teenager.
Eggs aren’t allowed to be advertised as “nutritious”, “healthy”, “healthful”, etc. for a reason.
Deli/processed meats are carcinogenic. World health organization classifies them along with asbestos and tobacco.
This is a very unhealthy sandwich. Eat at your own risk. Should be up front about the risks of your recommendations.
big yikes.
Stop fear mongering. Eggs are considered one of the most nutritious forms of protein there is. Medical personnel haven't thought your ass-backwards way about eggs since the 80s.
The very Air you breathe is Carcinogenic so yeah there's that 🤷♂️
You are not very smart, my friend.
