  • #newsadmashupsongforstatus Malaysia’s top court has upheld former Prime Minister Najib Razak’s conviction and 12-year jail sentence for corruption in the 1MDB financial scandal.
“We find the appeal devoid of any merits. We find the conviction and sentence to be safe,” Chief Justice Maimun Tuan Mat said on Tuesday behalf of a five-judge panel.

Congratulations to the 5 judges including Datuk V Sithambaram. With his hard work fighting for the rights of malaysians. Where they know the scandals that happen during najibs power. The world knows what was happening in malaysia. And it was a disgrace to malaysia where international news reported this scandal.
4 years of this trial najib the thief played dirty tricks. Even the defense lawyers played dirty tricks.
The bar council of malaysia must revoke the practice of zaid ibrahim's firm and hishyam teh poh tek firm. These lawyers have no respect the rule of law and the federal court judges.
The younger generation of malaysia will learn the history who is najib. He is the disgrace to the nation. He is a disgrace to his father tun abdul razak.
This is the first south east asian former prime minister sent to jail.

He is a recipient of the money to invest and squirrel away and did not do the crime. Understand the law of causation before you jump the gun. Don't trash the judicial process by your ignorance.
