சார் உங்களுடைய தகவல் நல்லா இருக்கிறது. எனக்கு ஒரு விபரம் தெரியனும். தரை 4அடி கீழே சரள்மண் பாறை இருக்கிறது. காலம் போட்டு கட்டுவதாக இருந்தால் தரைதளம், முதல்தளம், அதற்கு மேல் இரண்டாம் தளம் ஒன்றை செண்ட் இடம்தான் இருக்கிறது அதனால் மேலே மேலே எடுக்கவேண்டி உள்ளதால் எத்தனை MM thickness கம்பி 3/4×1 1/4 காலம் போடலாம்

our site has 3 feet deep from road. we put plinth been in ground level then built up with flyash bricks. Then we filled the basement by cravel. But in my neighbor house, they raised column till the road level and put plinth beam in road level. They built the compound by karungal till the basement level then they filled the basement totally by crave. They did not brick work inside building till the road level. Is it right practice sir?

It is normal don't worry after painting second time it will disappear until it is not structural crack
Your few videos are useful but regarding iron variation is not enough informative.you may say general idea of choosing iron for single structure because many people construct on their own instead of consulting with an engineer.it will be helpful sir
