Nothing hurts, pumps are crazy, I'm doing 2-3 times the volume I used to in less time, there's nice DOMS. Pure fun!

Following Dr Mike for so long I have been doing exaggerated full range and the explanation with the seated row was phenomenal thank you now I can eliminate some made up or back discomfort after every back day.
I'm 62 and wish I had this information 40 years ago. Been experimenting with his style and I'm probably not doing them all right but if I keep watching his videos over and over, hopefully I'll get it right. I've been trying to figure out how to implement his style into some of the movements that he doesn't discuss and not sure if I'm doing it right but I noticed a bigger difference in the muscle activation and less pain in my old beat up joints.
i'm 62, start training at 16, training smarter and properly is the goal in Bodybuilding. Mike is the GOAT. For me it was a lifestyle, no rush to get to the end game in 12 months. Yes i did the Ego lifting phase or the hold my beer crazy lifts but learned quick that tendons can't hold so much pressure. So i am sitting at 225 lbs 5'7" not natural at all and training with lower weight and focus on movement, relearning weight lifting and making small but good solid gainz even at my age. Big thanks for your videos and hopefully i can meet you one day. Buying your Merch is a way to say thank you.

As silly as "F.A.R.T." training sounds, I was hitting a push workout on Friday after watching the last video, and actually found myself thinking about F.A.R.T. So this may actually catch on.
My girlfriend tells me she is going to get her back blown up, i know she is at the gym most days till late training hard.. I am just happy she is happy, she sleeps a lot but she needs that recovery
Never understood not letting people work in. You’re resting anyway so gives a shit. I was always happy to let people work in. I’m still grateful I’ve been going to a private gym for over a decade though so I don’t have to deal with it.
Love all the info! Have to disagree with the working in thing though. You use the example of “ some people are on a schedule”, but what if i’m on a schedule and don’t have time to let someone work in?… There are so many machines in gyms that you can do variations of the exercises you want to do without working in. Now, Ii they are a pro and it’s their job, I will 100% let them work in or even just give them the machine…. It is not a black and white answer, each situation is different.
I see this as FRM full range of motion from years ago or also POF training …. Position of Flexation. And I totally agree guys on your iPhone/cell phone quit being an ASS! …….

If someone insists on working in with me (or even asks), I'll probably just walk away from the machine. It's a dick move. Antisocial in the extreme. Wait your turn like an adult. There are other machines you could be using, possibly entirely different movements you could be doing, while you wait. Frankly, if your workout turns on being able to use any particular machine at precisely the time you want to use it, you probably suck at training. But whatever. I'll let you have the machine if you're going to be a pain in the ass, because it's not worth getting into a conflict about. Just do your best to stay the fuck away from me, going forward. You can be sure I'll be doing my best to steer clear of your needy ass. The training content in this vid was superior, as always. Thanks.
If you can't control your need for access to anything you want the moment you want it, maybe work on your executive function. And if you can't understand the point being made, spend more time thinking on it and less time replying.
