None of your videos are exact clones of prior videos. You are the only trainer on the TH-cams who offers so much nuance. Hence why I watch all of them multiple times. Catch what I may have missed the first time. Great work.
I tend to listen to different videos throughout my day just to have something in the background. Except Mike's, I want to pay attention because he gives out the best advice and I want it.
Watch as many as i can of your videos, you are by far in the top 3 of fitness trainers out there today, i watch your stuff first before anyone else and also love seeing you on bro chat with Fuad and Ian and the rest of the crew
Love all of your content Mike! Paul Lauzon is a longtime buddy of mine, we started judging together. Awesome to see you and him get along so well...he's a great guy!
Appreciate when you mention body part days v ppl. Especially as natural, I've found rapid gains doing each body part x1/week opposed to over training of each group x2/week. I have much better shoulder/arm days and better gains rather than trying to do biceps after a back session and triceps after a chest session As he said, what works for you doesn't work for everyone, but it's an experiment. Treat it like one With the right intensity, less is more
What I like about this channel is the simplicity. Beginners can truly be mind fucked with how much information is out on lifting weights. It’s so easy, find one, maybe two reputable people to follow and stick with that one or two! Don’t over complicate your workout. Find 3 basic movements per body part and just get to it!
I really don't have opportunity to hit the gym more than 3 times a week, so I do push/off/legs/off/pull then 2 days off and repeat. So the push/pull/legs setup works for me to hit as much as possible in 3 days
I definitely appreciate your knowledge and simplicity of how to train properly without doing crazy weight, or multiple variations of exercises to do, to confuse the body parts you're working on💯💯💯💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Walking without shoes is better! We are not made to walk on shoes, we have trigger points in our feet. If you look at a shoe is not flat, but people have their own opinion about that. Rubber soles will not ground you and give you the triggers on the soles. Love your videos, keep up the good work. Also love the bro chat 😂 that shit is funny AF
@@patrickjulius7352 triceps with chest and biceps with back ! And then usually a couple of sets of triceps and biceps on leg day, if I have more in me when I’m done with legs 😉💪🏻
Honestly deadlifting barefoot feels so much better. Grip the floor. Plus feet are not meant to be constantly in shoes/socks. It is often the reason ppl get ankle, knee and lower back problems. There is an epidemic of these problems. But each to their own
Grounding is in fact a real thing, that’s actually beneficial. Grounding doesn’t work in your stocking feet at the gym. Some people just like to work out and socks. Back in 80s at Victoria health club with Peter Mueller…. Everybody wore socks in the gym.
100% agree with the barefoot thing tho I will say if a person is wearing cushioned running shoes maybe from a stability standpoint taking them off be better for squats especially
Dude 50s/60s/70s/ everyone was training higher frequency none of them had a specific day for each muscle, Lee Haney did his own variation of a 3 day on 1 off split he literally said in an interview he doesn't understand this 1 day for a muscle stuff
I would train in my socks but that’s only because i have to wear steel toe work-boots for 13hrs a day. I want to be barefooted so much at that point 😂😂
The bodybuilding and yoga hybrid was bond to come to bodybuilding. Just like the running, pocket passing quarterback and the 6’9 point guard and a black great golfer. Since bodybuilders are usually stiff and lack range of motion and balance. How do you improve that? with stretching. Yoga and lifting have the same “feel the burn” mentality. Yoga and lifting weights help body posture which everyone needs to work on. Miss me with that bullshit intro. And I do smoke trees but I ain’t no hippy. “It’s a plant” lol would love to lift with you tho? Then do a yoga session lol bring a towel tho, I be in the sauna too. #year2 on ya channel btw #justsaying
Is this a hidden video or something? It doesnt come up on your channel under videos, it didnt pop up in my feed, and there is hardly any views. I only found it through a link on a short. You might want to re-upload it.

hany rambod has some great training content too, picked up some great things from that channel also
Exactly. It's not repetitive. The nuance is great. Learn something every time.
That's accurate. I come back multiple times
And for free.
I don’t care how much you say things.. being able to hear things blunt is a pleasure. Love hearing it!!
This is the SHORT CUT CHANNEL.... kills me everytime! 😂

How do you feel about facepulls for rear delts ? Would appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks Mike, again an awesome video, very clear. Spot on info, thanks, keep them coming, you're great.
Good job Mike. Just came home from my push day. Now I gotta go back

waiting for Y/M/C/A raises for delt development from Mike!
Best advice. Love your video!!
What mic do you use ?
ME TOO!!! I hate being barefoot LOL never thought anyone else was like me on that

Shut up
Holy shit I'm one of the first to comment on Mikes Clip... keep up the good work dude, it has helped me for sure!
lmaoo the ending had me😂..Mike is HIM though
I’m just here from the fitness expo video
I used to do W's then I tried V's but now I do Ys. Then I stopped and just do E's. They're much more fun. God I miss the 90's.
loll
Did legs today and did the slow hip rocking on the leg extension and my teardrop hates me … thanks Mike lol
I love my bro-split training especially shoulder day 💪🏻
But the optimal training nerds say that is not the best split
Do you grip triceps with chest and biceps with back or do you give arms their own day?
@@jasonbaker6842I don’t care what some “optimal TikTok training nerd” says ! There’s plenty of bodybuilders saying proves otherwise..

I don’t lift barefoot but I do calf raises bare feet and it helps
Arnold started push pull legs
howling at the intro... pure comedy gold. "half the work" was the absolute cherry.
Lmao your intro gets me every time 😂
Love the info you give out 🔥
“Youre not grounding, bro.” 😂
Exactly Mike, hand over elbow 🤦♂

I like to also suicide grip dumbbells when doing lateral raises. Feels so much better for me.
None of us in Hawaii wear shoes in the house. It’s respectful in our culture

Why you filmed always from the Side. Not in Front of you,so we can see how the Angle are
Great Vid !! Learned something !
Gold.
me nodding to “push pull legs sucks” while doing upper lower upper / 7 🙂
Uncle Mike always mad at something 😂😂
Hey !! What’s up? Elbow higher than the hand , that’s all I have to say about it !😄
Picturing ogre mike stomping all over some beach is hilarious. Love it brother.
Just in time for delt day
Frank Zane was the original push, pull, legs to my understanding.

My most annoying shoulder pet peeve is when idiots use a straight bar to do side laterals 🙄😒
Only time I train in socks is calves and it’s only if I’m wearing a pair of retros😂
palsy pulls
"Tap dancing" hahaha

Lets call them flame throwers.
Nothing makes me happier than a skinny guy squating 145 pounds in socks…😂😂😂😂
Barefoot not important for bodybuilding. Athletic training it helps strengthen my ankles feet and toes. It's a must for hoopers.
