So, this is how restaurants also prepare biriyanis that is why the order comes to our table so quickly!! But, this is so unhealthy, freezing food and then heating it is totally unhealthy. Instead of this add everything fresh into the cooker and have it, taste will be less but one will be healthy. This looks easy and time saving but once health deteriorates there is no value for such time. These things affects slowly.

Making a base is very easy and fresh not a big deal we won’t use dhaniya or tomato puree for making a briyani and jeera as well for this gravy these spices and gravy is ok not for briyani this taste is this ok for vegetarians people 😂this is useful tips for bachelor’s and people are lazy to cook😂😂

This looks delicious. But which biryani masala are you adding? The biryani masala makes a lot of difference.
Exactly! I never made biryani masala from scratch and i dont know what gives the tart/ sour flavour in biryani? I always use Shan or Laziza but the problem is they are very spicy and cant use all the required amount or kids will not eat it.
@@MsKingusbaby1 Use lemon juice to give it sour taste and use tomatoes and less masala to make it mild while still have gravy can also use Aloo bukhara for sour taste

With yogurt this mix can stay only for 2-3 days. Also onions should be fried till they reach birista stage.

What rubbish. Biriyani is a Muslim dish dish and it is only biriyani if it is cooked with goat meat in its own steam. Let the Muslims cook it for us.

Just watched the video & really wanted to make this recipe but the link recipe is different.
We use 1 nd a half kg onions in 1 kg chicken, half of the onions r finely chopped while the rest of it is finely sliced and caramelized

Good. but why dont they mix gravy with rice and dum cook so that all the rice absorbs the gravy. in tamilnadu and kerala, karnataka each rice grain is flavourful

The moment u added tomato paste I knew this will not turn as authentic Biriyani as tomato is never added to Biriyani. Atleast never in Hyderabadi world famous Biriyani.

Personal experience, as long as there is a thin layer (10 mm and above) oil floats above the masala, there is less chance of air or water seeping in and the food will remain fresh for at least 2 weeks. By normal refrigeration.
I have seen comments of people suggesting vinegar, you can try that too.
