Nice. Thinking about doing a species only tank of electric blue acaras with a large school of corydoras in my 125g tank. I have gravel, do they dig alot?
@@leeandmandybattersby5958 I have a group of 5 peppered corydoras in there now that seem to be doing fine. I know what your saying though it's a hugely debated topic from what I've seen. It's no bigger than pea sized smoother gravel.
i feed them super colour encancing pellets and large cichlid pellets , sometimes abit of flake , bloodworm , they will have a go at cucumber and small frizen shrimp
How many angels? I’m looking to get blue acaras and angels in my 55 but I’m worried of overstocking. Already got 6 rainbowfish, more, a pearl gourami and Corydoras. Might just as 2 angels and 2 acaras.

that would look amazing .. they dont dig at all but the gravel would have to be more of a sand type if keeping corydoras as it will ruin there barbles

What foods do you guys feed the acaras?
i feed them good quality omnivorous food like hikari and super colour enhanced but also bloodworm
Can I keep a pair of electric blue acara in a 105L tank?
for a while but a 30 gallon is reccomended for 1

yea i had a pair they laid eggs and i got a few fry from them

2 of each would be good as long as you have good filtration and regular water changes i don’t worry about overstocking really
What kind of substrate is that
its called Natural Color Black Aquarium Sand 0.4 - 0.6mm from all pond solutions

Very beautiful tank however I do think it's a little over stocked but the fish look healthy so maybe it's alright
would my tank be overstocked if i add 2 of those i have a 65 gallon with 8 tiger barbs and 3 blood parrot cichlids
