Definitely a fave bodybuilder and human of mine. I'm hoping in your upcoming competitions, that you don't lose as much muscle as I believe you have before. Best of luck. Please work out in tanks and shorts sometimes for us musclehedz!
What you have bud is patellar tendonitis. Unfortunately the only way to fix it is taking time to heal. If you do not, you eventually run the risk of a tendon rupture. And you are correct, this is a result in tight tendons and TRT. Keep eating, resting, and supplementing, but keep a very close eye on it. A tendon rupture in the knee will side line you for a year at least, and have major impacts in your daily life.
Justin.. I have the same knee issue.. especially half way down the eccentric.. squat, hack, press and even extension all have problem.. have to crack the knee before every set and smoothen up a little.. does the tiger balm works?
@ like I explained in this video, it’s a way to prioritize recovery. This is a short term split I’m doing during a bit of a down phase heading into 2025. That arm day is a day that I do calves, arms, abs, and direct traps work. A very low impact day for me.
@ I’m not concerned with arm recovery lol. I’m talking about recovering from a long 14 month off season of training every body part twice a week with no breaks. This is me resting my body for 4-6 weeks. No drugs, low food, low training frequency. Getting the body completely fresh to start prep soon.

Great bro
I just started the same split but just in a different order....did you cop that from Hunter? Because I did.... and I'm totally digging it.
I’ve been doing this for a few weeks. I didn’t see hunter was doing something similar until this week. Great minds!

If you dont like training arms thats why they arent growing
@@jpmartin2312 I have 22 inch arms. They grow, I just don’t necessarily enjoy training them.
@JustinShier why do they need their own day then unless there's a imbalance

@JustinShier recovery shouldn't be a problem, you can train arms 3 times a week. As long as joints are fine etc
