You can find this type of dessert in Thai Town Los Angeles.
You can make it by buying young coconut, then mixing the juice with agar agar powder and pouring it back into the coconut. Chill for a couple of hours.
@@turtle2pond I figured they used agar agar because of the lack of jiggle and personally, I think it would be more refreshing if gelatine were used for a fairly soft set.

I don’t know why but I find this video very satisfying to watch! Especially when they cut open the tops of the coconuts and dump all the juices out of it
They cooked the coconut water so it can lasts for days. We in Indonesia, just cut the coconut open, scrap the coconut inside with spoon and drink the water.
Thai do that too for the regular coconut. This one they're making it into the jelly so you need to boil it with agar powder and sugar for it to set

That's exactly what happens we we cut open coconut first time , without going all the trouble..
Prepping those coconuts using a machete looks so satisfying. I'll bet it takes a few thousand to get it down perfect, but I'd still like to try my hand at it. Chillin with your headphones, sharp machete at your side and the skills to use it like a pro- an honest day's work helping to feed people

Urgent!! I need to tell you something terrible that happened to me. I was a transgender woman, and I was born into a Christian family, but at 15 I decided to become a woman because I was born a boy but I didn't feel happy. I married a few times with men, worked in prostitution, and one night before bed I asked God that if hell was real he would show me. so I went to bed and quickly my soul left the body and I went down to hell. I saw a woman on nails being tortured. there was a torture ballad down there in hell. and this woman was dancing on top of giant nails! she looked at me asking for help and with a look of suffering and despair, but I couldn't do anything for her. I was not understanding and scared seeing all that. so soon after I returned to earth and called my mother, and a friend telling what I had seen and saying that hell is real. I called them with a shaky and scared voice. so today i gave my life to jesus christ, recognizing jesus christ as my lord and savior because i know hell is real and i don't want to spend my eternity in that suffering. I read the Holy Bible of Christians and I follow all the commandments. every day I fight to stay firm because it is not easy to serve God, there are many struggles and difficulties, but I am sure of my salvation and I know that I will live forever in heaven. Today I am no longer a transgender woman, I assumed my real identity as a boy and I live a simple and happy life. Before I had a life of luxury, I had money, men, but I didn't have peace and I wasn't happy. I felt a big emptiness in my little heart. today I'm very happy. GLORY TO THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD.
