お店に並んでいるものの製造している風景を見るとお店に並ぶまでたくさんの人の手間が掛かっているのがよくわかりました。朝に店頭に並べようとすると夜遅くの作業になるんだろうけど時計を見ないと想像できませんでした。手作業で行っている所と機械化されている所を見るとすごく発展の余地がありますね。何気なく手に取る製品のありがたさを思い出すことができました。
ココナッツ搬入が夜なので、１次加工が深夜〜朝、２次加工（アイスやゼリー）が日中という流れでした😃
たくさんの人が昼夜を問わず働いてくれてるおかげですよね！

Of course, we negotiate and discuss the date and time of the video shooting in advance. Also, the film crew makes it a priority not to disturb the people who are working during the filming.
