I dislocated my Patella and tore a tendon in my knee 6 months ago. Which sleeve would you recommend? My goal is to squat atlas 3 plates in the future, but also be active with lunges and other activities.
I wonder if these things are any good... I've already ripped a pair of Tommy Kono knee sleeves just trying them on. Knee wraps have always worked well for me, maybe I should just stick to em... Doesn't stop the tendinitis from kicking in the next day though.
Do these sling shot sleeves (not the strong one) rip easily? They are on amazon, and lots of reviews say the back starts to tear veryyyy soon.. These are cheaper than rehbands and sbds... but if these dont hold up.. I might just spend a lil more for Sbds
Hey! I have had my sling shot knee sleeves for a 2-3 months now and I basically only use them for squats. Although I did play with them for dreads cleans lunges and even running to test the support. I train legs just about twice a week with two trading styles of heavy weight low reps and light weight high rep. Thus far I have had great success. Biggest issue is the a mouth of sweat produced while wearing them. Other than that there pretty good and I like using them! I recommend! And the price is pretty good. I have been thinking about making some other purchases but been procrastinating. Hope this helps your decision. Good luck.

im currently wearing small rehbands would you guys say to go small in these the rehbands slide down theyre not super tight i was looking for something a little tighter
if i want to get a pair of mark's knee sleeves as my first ever pair, what would be reccomended and what size? I mainly do the big 3 lifts, so i would assume the STrong sleeves would be better, but as for size im not sure if i should go one size bigger, or just what the chart would say. any advice?

Tried using a knife to cut the knee sleeve then using super glue to glue it back together over my knee. Now my knee sleeves are apparently broken!! Wtf man could you have clearer instructions? How the fuck am i supposed to know i cant cut the damn things? I demand a refund

STrong Sleeves are indestructible. Sling Shot sleeves have been upgraded to be made more durable.

I measured my kneecap it came to 14inches what size would you recommend for the 2.0 ?? I mainly do SL5X5 so squating 3 times aweek
