Thanks for the cheese date! Very interesting and an original idea to share with us! I lived in Provence for a year so I appreciate all your sharing anything France 🇫🇷 ❤
We have a grocer near by that has trained all the people in their cheese dept. It is so wonderful to go in and talk to them, tell them what you need the cheeses for and they will pick out some choices and have you try them all before you buy. I have had my world turned upside down with the smell, the flavors and so on. So watching you both doing just this is awesome. We are a cheese loving family, even my grandson has an intense love for cheese and trying new and old from all over the world. As a retired Chef, that makes me Proud. I will be definitely sharing this video, your reactions and experiences on this tasting. I can hear my grandson now, can we go there? As always you both are a treasure. ❤️❤️❤️
"When Lionel Met Sally" at the cheese shop! I thought you were going to have a sensual moment there, Lionel. :) I'm so glad you had a pleasant diversion and trip to a place like that, where the owner is such a connoisseur and has such a fascinating history with the cheese-making business. Happy you loved the experience. I sense you will be returning or buying something to take home and hopefully rat it on special occasions with the right wine.
Thank you for sharing this. Makes me want to try. Was interesting listening to the Cheesemonger and picking out the little French I know. Very educational. Well done polishing off the lot.
What an amazing lesson on cheese. I was so jealous watching you try so many different ones. We struggle to buy different cheese here. We can not afford to buy EU cheese until the supermarket marks the price down. Then of course it is a day or two before the best before date. Then we make a tiny piece last as many days as we can. Canadian cheese well... I will leave it there. We eat more goat cheese, at least I do, my husband buys it especially for me but it is extremely expensive. Thank you for bringing us on your 'cheese' journey. Ronnie in Saskatchewan
I sometimes go to my Paxton & Whitfield cheese mongers for Xmas. Reminds me to go again this year and I might choose a couple of choices from this video.
So now and then you should do a culinary outing for the vlogs; winetasting, cheesetasting, or any other edible delight...... but even so i enjoy you doing some DIY ;)
Looks like heaven to me😊 keep your laughter going 😊
Bravo!!!!
Thank you for the lesson on cheese.

J'adore le fromage Shropshire, mais je me sens obligé de vous dire que le Shropshire se trouve en Angleterre et non en Écosse.😊❤️
