    Bro, thank you for this content. Straight to the point and no b.s. i followed this method and included
    morning cardio (30 minutes) and 30 minutes of weight exercises in the evening and lost 7 lbs in a week.

    I loveeee my black coffee with out sugar before work out 🏋️‍♀️ - I get crazy power to work out - I can forget my gym card but don’t forget my coffee before work out ... I get a lot of energy- focus and I sweat 💦 a lot --

    Okay so who is with me to try this quick 1 week meal plan? After a week, we can check in to see if we want to sustain it for another week. Let me know and we can start as soon as today or tomorrow (13/14 July, 2021). To recap:
    1. Replace all carbs with sweet potatoes
    2. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water
    3. Eat a palm sized piece of lean protein first with every single meal before eating other macros
    4. Down 8 ounces of black coffee 30min before you work out

    did this for a week, lost 4lbs. Now im stuck. Do i keep going with this diet or go back to counting? I eat about 3 meals a day. Also palm sized piece of chicken breast. Do i eat the whole thing or is the protein supposed to be as thin as the palm too?

      The caffeine in the coffee helped with your workout. So i'd assume you need to replace it with something with equal caffeine and no sugar. Unless your'e not working out then don't worry about it lol

    Hi Michael, I really don't like sweet potatoes, I am from Brazil and I read from many Brazillian nutritionist that "Yucca" has the same nutrients impact in our body as sweet and yams! And is one of the roots veggie that is better to consume then regular potatoes. What do you think about that? Did u ever eat yucca before?

    I love sweet potatoes BUT the natural sugar messes with me....it puts me to sleep. In fact, I don't do starchy carbs regularly for that primary reason. Don't miss them either. Unless I am at the movies, I will go out on a limb and do get 🍿. The movies are not very often mind you.

      M.J. Briones you can get your protein from all sorts of places😊 they have plant based protein powders to super foods like spurilina (not sure if that’s how you spell it). Also beans and brown rice are great too! Nuts and seeds! Quinoa! Tofu! Even premade frozen veggie burgers at the store are great! (Or you could even make your own) 😊

      LuckieLuz Brown rice and beans is good for protein. So is quinoa. Also tofu! And don’t forget about nuts and seeds! And super foods like spurilina (not sure how to spell it lol!) also there a bunch of plant based protein powders out there too😊

    This is pretty terrible for long term weightloss. I'd advise not to do this. Do it the proper way. Workout your individual macros and bmr. Determine how much calorie deficit you need to have order to lose weight and fit your macros into your calorie intake.per day Losing 1 -2lbs per week is the norm. This is just overkill.
