    Changed my diet a week ago and I'm literally doing everything he suggested I've even been eating all of the foods shown on his counter and taking the supplements mentioned. This video was in my suggestions and I'm happy I pressed play because it's confirmation that I'm doing all of the right things.

    OMG! I was a bit hesitant to watch this video. So Happy I decided to watch him. This dude right here broke it all down so eloquently and made it so simple to follow along. I applaud him for truly understanding Women's health and our struggle and journey for a sustainable lifestyle and healthy weight loss.     at 67 im down 20lb doing low carb IF, if you are sugar addicted that must be corrected, you dont need sugar. get the gut healthy and loose the bloat, he has great ideas,

      Now she lost weight, what’s wrong with her.

    Good video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle mass and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and it worked very well for me. Losing weight is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

    Love this! Most of the healthy habits described i already know but just don’t do them consistently 🥴 I follow them for awhile and feel great and lose weight, but then creep back into bad habits. I dot know why I find it so difficult to just drink water!!!! I loved how simply and assuredly this video presented the information and I found it inspiring.. No magic pill or secret weapon, just good nutrition and good habits.. I feel inspired to get back on the healthy eating wagon🙌🥦

    As I jump back into another weight loss journey or a continuing weight loss journey...I look for good advice for someone like myself. A 60yr woman who works nightshift (3 12hr nights a week...and have for 25yrs.) So I'm constantly flipping back and forth between day & night. There is NEVER a normal eating or sleep schedule. Trying to do these things on a "regular schedule/routines " is impossible. Just how does someone like me go about making something work for us. Everything is geared to people who have a normal day time work life.

    I've got to say it's kinda for everyone not just women. Everyone should be living like this. I'm impressed I knew most of it even about the poop transplant 😂 Living as a type 1 diabetic sometimes I have no choice when to eat you eat when your insulin kick in or your basically dead then other days it doesn't absorb and I starve half the day waiting to get insulin. It's something that makes meal planning a huge issue.

    I started watching you videos and really found it interesting. This year I decided to focus on my health and started exercise 5 days a week consistently. It certainly is working, however I need to get on a proper food plan and weight loss. I generally eat 3 times a day and don’t snack. Definitely need to be on a good food plan.

      1500 calories destroyed my metabolism once I hit my late 40s up to 1900 calories a day but I lift heavy weights 4 times a week scaled the cardio back to 20 minutes and it’s made a huge difference in weight and dress size

    Plant based proteins don’t have enough essential amino acids. Also, I used to only eat Ezekiel bread…..not the healthiest! Do research and you will find that sourdough is the absolute healthiest bread out there. Lowest glycemic, better for digestive track, better for gluten sensitivity & less yeast.

    Your plans are great, however patients with hypothyroid issues can not eat fermented food. Any suggestions?

    I had a gastric sleeve 4 years ago... I was on keto the last year maintained my 100lb weight loss. But, keto was so restrictive and I weight train... So, now I want to eat properly just went into menopause and my stomach has just blew up over night .. it is depressing!
    I can't eat but about 8-10oz during a whole meal. I don't eat often, do keto coffee morning, and try to up my protein to train ... Just need help with this belly.

    How about Banza brand chick pea pasta instead of rice? My 2 carbs I love are bread and pasta. I use Dave’s Killer organic 21 whole grain nuts & seeds bread in the morning, eggs and avocado with cherry tomatoes on the side. I also love coffee with my plant based protein powder and a splash of heavy cream. I also love brussel sprouts, broccoli, kale and spring mix. Thanks for the video, I am already further along than I thought. I do have trouble at night when I begin to get snacky.

      Find a weight that allows you to finish the workout routine. Then as you get stronger, you can start to go up in weight!

    Great video! In terms of fitness, is it true that you shouldn’t do cardio when you’re trying to loose weight in your late 30s or 40s? Been doing simple yoga and weight lifting, hope it works along with these food tips.

      Hey bbbb, thanks for writing in and great question! Cardio can absolutely have a place in your weight loss journey, more that resistance training provides more bang for your buck. You burn more calories around the clock, build lean muscle/toned look, and increase your metabolism more than cardio.
