With these many responsibilities, it's understandable that it is in a country's best interest to give their first citizen the best security money can buy. I disagree with what you said that Putin is the most disliked. It's the exact opposite. The facts and the lies are out making Putin the most loved and admired compared to those that heavily sanctioned Russia.
I agree with you but using that against putin is to manipulate others or psychologise others to hate him. Half of European likes him, 3/4th of African likes him and the 80 % of Asian likes the dude. So I don't know where he got his report from.
