- Like my old Cayenne, I needed more sound out of this amazing engine. As soon as the break in period was over, I took it to get modified and ended up straight piping it...enjoy!

“Not gonna go too loud” GETS STRAIGHT PIPES🫠
Certainly. I would be happy to provide you with some information regarding the exhaust system replacement for your 2019 Cayenne E-Hybrid. Please provide me with the specific details please
I love this, excellent work bro!
I was a little skeptical when you first fired it up but after warm up it sounded right where you'd expect a Porsche to be! Thanks for sharing and I subscribed!
I love what you done to the car. Can I know the detail you did to the car and which shop you went to? I live nearby and wish to get it done in the same dealer. Thanks!
How much did you spend on it?
Nice! Ii have a 2017 with coilovers, 22's and body painted black trim. I'm in jersey too, central jersey. How about you? I def want to get this done to mine now!
Sweet! Sounds like you have a great stance on yours. I’m also in central jersey! Shoot me a DM on my insta @mohcars_ if you’d like!
great video man, super thorough!
Love this. I just got the same car as you, only the 2023 model year. Would you know if a muffler delete is going to be louder than the resonator delete you initially did? I want my car to be a bit louder without having much drone.
Resonator delete won’t do much. Dump the mufflers keep the res or add another
@@Jerryjayscottie just replaced the muffler with two high flow mufflers instead of a delete. sounds deeper now but it's still lacking a bit more sound and pops in my opnion. Not sure if removing any of the resonators would even do anything.
@@sneakrpick please post videos! Do you know brand name of mufflers?
@@sneakrpick I wouldn’t touch your resonators. I’ve built many loud cars and always regretted removing them. I always add another now if I go muffler delete to help remove rasp
@@Jerryjayscottie it’s two flowmaster super 10. Sound is nice and deep. But it’s just a tad bit too quiet. I’ll post one on my page right away.
I wonder how will this sound with 200cel downpipe. Straight pipe while keeping OEM cats always sound good, things change if you do catless or high flow cats
So now I actually have a catless downpipe so it sounds GOOD haha I gotta make a video. It’s armytrix.
@@MohCars_ I haven't done any mods to mine yet but 200cel dp and tune will be done once warranty ends in less than one year. From past experience I rather get a full exhaust rather than start chopping off parts of the existing one, but at least from your recording this sounds very good. I wonder if it is good indeed in person as well? Are you currently running same straight pipe plus catless dp and still sounds good? I wold assume there must be some raspy sound?
hey its me again, the comment i did a year ago was wrong
this is how you bypass the limiter at 4,000
1st: Go to Drive
2nd: Hit both paddles, this will take you into Neutral
*Note: Going to Neutral through the gear lever wouldn’t allow this trick to work
Again, this only works for the pdk transmission. Aka NOT the cayenne
@@MohCars_ you're right. my mom's old 2012 Cayenne with a normal torque converter wouldnt work. sorry!
any updates on the car?
@@caominh2874 all good, I just get so many people saying this haha. Wish it worked tho. Car’s great! Actually recently got catless downpipes, so it sounds amazing & performance has improved a little!
@@MohCars_ do a video on it!! I love hearing true straight pipe Porsche
@@MohCars_ maybe an update video of it?
If guys buying this car you should get an aftermarket exhaust right away, bc the stock one is sounds like a fart can
Cool! Can you pass inspection with this setup?
Costa Christ I’ll find out in 5 years haha that’s when it’s required next but nothing’s changed in terms of emissions so it should
Where did you get this done, and idea of cost? Any CEL lights you got, were you able to remove and was it difficult to remove? Thanks
You gonna mess the engine up already having low gas all the time 😂😂
sound is good when you drive car on track ... but city, garage :-) .. that is loud! I love mye cayenne quiet
Hi @MohCars, Can this be done on a 2017 Cayenne Platinum Edition? Any idea if it will it void the factory warranty or the extended warranty? And also would you be able to share the details of the shop you got it done from?
Joseph John hi, yes but it will be much much louder. The turbo in my new one makes it very quiet to begin with. Because the 2017 is naturally aspirated, it will be pretty loud. If you just remove the muffler, it will not void any warranty. I got it done in virginia, from hi-flo customs.
@@MohCars_ Gotcha! I am not looking to make it super loud, i was trying to get something like your car sounded or similar to the GTS sound. Any suggestions on that end?
There is an assassin in your car !! 😂
Did you lose your warranty at the Porsche center?
Ричард Лазарев nope!
MohCars In Russia, even downpipes can not be installed, they say we will refuse in a guarantee case. They say Buy a sport exhaust for$4,000.....
MohCars Will you change the rear attachments? Do you want to install Popcorn software?
Ричард Лазарев oh wow that’s surprising. What about if you just did muffler delete? Yes I changed out the tips to the 4 round sports exhaust ones. I want to do popcorn but none available in US yet
MohCars They are schizophrenics... Because of the exhaust, losing the warranty up to 150,000 km is nonsense...
Do you have to use 92 Octane and or Premium on this
hypercriticalone i believe owner’s manual says at least 91 octane
@@MohCars_ oh ok, every state has a different octane
Hello What engine is it? 2.9 440 Hp?
This is the 3.0 v6
hey man, your car is dope! i have a 2011 porsche cayenne s and i was wondering what you think should get done to it to sound badass. also do any lights go on check engine etc and would it pass emissions?
Did you have any valves in the muffler? If so, how did you bypassed them without triggering an engine code? Thank you.
No valves. Mufflers & resonators are not monitored. Engine code is only triggered if you remove the cats, that’s where the only sensor is
I have the same model cayenne.how many resonator did you take off?
both
@@MohCars_ I just did same thing today.it's vibrant a lot when driving.(especially at gear 6th & gear 7th) .I can feel thenoise inside car.do you feel same thing?
@@levenz1270did you fix the vibration?
Now you have a Frankenstein car!
V6 or v8?
V6
Not sure if I like it. Almost sounds like it has a muffler leak.
Is this a base model Cayenne?
Yup!
Hey bro, you got it done in NY or got a place near Boston ? Price ? Lmk thanks man
Duc Lee i got it done down in VA. But any exhaust shop that can bend & weld pipes should be able to do it. Total came to just under $1k
How does it feel to also have the world’s first ghetto 2020 Cayenne?
Love the video. Are you still in the DMV? I’m looking to do the same to my Cayenne but curious to hear how it sounds in person.
Clifton Terrell unfortunately just moved out :/ I do come back every now and then. Next time I’m around though, I don’t mind at all.
MohCars sounds good. Thanks.
This is the 3.0l ? Or 2.9l ?
cifky1 3.0l
Good sound i buyit the 2.9l and i want to do it loud like this 👍
cifky1 awesome the 2.9l will prob sound even better!
Full send bro never lift 😏🤙your neighbors probably hate you hahs but f it
I like the way you did straight pipe sound better than after exhaust sound. How much did you spend for parts and labor? Would you provide some info? I want to do same thing.
Thanks
Shin Steve not sure on the price of parts, it was just standard exhaust tubing 3” I think. How much depends on which exhaust shop you go to
MohCars how much did you spent for this?
Shin Steve if I remember correctly, I think around $700ish
Same motor as the sq5? 🤔lol
Really cool, nice car
Not a straight pipe if you keep the cats. And put your damn seat belt on.
That’s why I said cat-back straight pipe
@@MohCars_ that's still not straight pipe, and I don't see a mention of cat-back in the title.
goodbye low end torque
@@djpzn.9188 hello top end power. As Porsches were destined to be
Naaa__ this sounds off!!! Get the best guys to redo that set up: the welding alone is 3/10--- thats why the car sounds off: Other wise you got an amazing car:
why the fuck is it twelve minutes long, FOH
Con't leave you without reference: th-cam.com/video/rwuPNE1cTn8/w-d-xo.html
Engine light will go off.
1.5 years later....nope. Why do u think so? No sensors or anything were affected
Thats gonna get old and annoying quickly
