Bought my plans and downloaded them tonight, June 11, 2024. Not sure when construction will begin. I have so many projects going on presently. But I am 70 years old so I better get with it lol. Haven't flown since 1987 when I sold my last cub. I have 500 hours tail wheel experience with 1,000 landings and take offs. I hope to afford a new Verner 3 cylinder engine. Guy in Columbia Mississippi
You really wouldn’t want any significant wind shear with that little feather/leaf, would you? At that strength it would have to be a steady, stable breeze to tempt me to fly that beautiful little bird. Love the engine note.
Les Homan runs the Black Max wheels and brakes, but puts a bigger tire on. Look for his videos, and in particular there is a walk around of the yellow airplane seen in this video.
You can fly a plane it's not hard. I've never flown an ultralight but that model looks like fun. Im considering it. My Buddy has a corner hanger with extra room.

I haven't heard of any plans to do it yet, but it is still early. They usually announce it later in the spring.
