Lmao you guys are so delusional. You think you're doctors with very limited information. Just because a drug is classified a drug doesn't mean its a narcotic that brings on the same behaviors. You guys like to act like this effects 99.9999% of bodybuilders. I'd say it's the same as this LGBTQA horse shit. You have a tiny tiny amount of people dealing with the issue and suddenly it's all bad and you're all drug addicts. I know TONS of friends on steroids that don't have this body dismorphia and don't act like addicts and do it very safe and get bloodwork done. Honestly, I think the bigger problem is the entire online discourse around steroids. You have so many people on forums telling new lifters from day 1 that their goals aren’t achievable without steroids. People obsessively have the need to cry out “steroids” about any lifter who achieves anything remotely impressive. All of their role models in the fitness industry either admit to taking steroids, or are just assumed to be taking steroids anyways.

Illia ‘Golem’ Yefimchyk, popularly referred to as the world’s “most monstrous” bodybuilder owing to his towering six-foot, 154-kilo figure, has died following a severe heart attack. The Belarusian athlete was 36.
According to various Belarusian and Russian media outlets, the athlete fell into a coma after the heart attack on September 6, and died on September 11.
A report in the New York Times, citing local media, quoted Yefimchyk’s wife Anna as saying, “I spent every day by his side, hoping, and his heart started beating again for two days, but the doctor gave me the terrible news that his brain had died.”

Bodybuilders have a different style of training. A lot of bodybuilders will pre-exhaust their muscle on other exercises, so they don't need to go as heavy on bench or squats.

You never see a massive body builder who uses "gear" just to look and stay big all the time live to old age. They live to young age, that's how it's always been and how it always will be. These guys know it but just don't care. It's a mental problem they have and the laws of nature will always be undefeated.

Don't be so sure. You can do steroids and live a long life. He ate around 16,000 calories a day and that consisted of over 2500 grams of protein. Way more than Anyone should be taking in. Not to mention the carbs and fat content of what he was eating. Cholesterol levels had to be super high most likely causing his heart attack.
