Perfect message regarding the timings and areas of skin exposure, specially the back of our body which gives maximum benefit. Research from Europe even with very little UVB spectrum confirms of just single exposure of midday sun for 20 minutes giving more than ten thousand units of cholecalciferol for a light skinned person which will be sufficient for more than 2 weeks. @@sirs4878 for clearing ur doubt I have a explanation that morning 6 9 am is the best time for exposure of sun cuz there won't be much heat compared to afternoon BTW 10 to 3pm cuz u may have sun burn which leads to skin cancer where uvb will be at highest .. That's y it's best to have sun exposure from 6 to 9am here too uvb will be medium but it won't burn ur skin the way it does in afternoon ..

Nope. 10 to 2 is the best time. I used to go out for morning walks and my doctor said it is not enough. In the morning it is not effective
