- Buddhism has transformed meditation in the West but Buddha’s teachings are often lost in translation. In this video, I share the three underlying qualities of all Buddhism’s teachings called the Three Marks of Existence and how these “mindsets” helped me radically live a happier and more peaceful life. I hope you have a chance to look into Buddhism more after this video.
*please note I am using the term mindset colloquially and do not intend to undermine Buddhism’s original language of marks of existence. This is only for ease of understanding

definitely, for myself treating people or situations that didn't best serve me as fleeting moments really puts everything into perspective!
very clear explanation. suffering was especially important for me when I first came across it
yes, super important! took me a while to understand initially but very profound and practical on many levels
Mastering these three concepts really is the 🗝️ to being truly free. You explained it so well and your examples made these ancient concepts easy to grasp for our modern life. Thank you
yes simple but a life long practice to liberate ourselves, glad the video helped :)
This is really good thank you. I wish you had spoken more slowly though as a lot of information
