    You help other people improve themselves, especially people that are into self-improving, like me.
    Even though you don't have millions of subscribers (perhaps yet), you don't lose self-motivation to do it.

    I'm 10000% on board with logging off of gossip and social media. Already doing the latter but would like to gossip less too! And your journaling video got me into gratitude journaling again too!

    Also love breakfast as a reason to live and to stay hopeful, so relatable 🥹 Reminds me of a saying that goes something like this: I don't know what will happen with the world but I know there will be flowers next year... because I planted them.
